It was great stay staff&hotel rooms each&everything very good.i m very happy to very a great stay,breakfast was amazing. The way they serve it was superb. I like the most about the ambiance they very, lastly the location situated in the heart of city
We had a wonderful business trip at Novotel the ambience was fantastic and the reception staff were very kind and helpful in every area
My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights. We did have an issue at check in as the room requested wasn't available but the GM ensured we did get our room. Pool facing rooms with balcony are best so do try and take that. Whilst I think the rooms need deep cleaning, the bed was very good to sleep in. Breakfast is nice and the staff in restaurant is doing a fantastic job. I also used their gym. Good quality equipment but the gym is not well maintained. Guests leave towels and tissue on the machines and there is no one to pick them up or clean the equipment. I think the life guard at pool is responsible but sadly he is so busy as pool is very popular with families so he has no time to do anything else. We also used the spa and their massages are very good. All in all, a good stay.
P.S: Use Zomato or Swiggy for restaurant dining. Its much cheaper.
I had a wonderful experience at The Square Food restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The overall dining experience was very pleasant and satisfying.
The bar and cocktail service was also fantastic. The cocktails were well prepared, refreshing, and served with great care. The ambience of the bar made the experience even more enjoyable.
I also really appreciated the room dining service. The food was delivered promptly, was well presented, and maintained excellent quality and taste. The service was professional and convenient throughout my stay.
A special thanks to Manju and Somnath for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attentive service. They were always helpful, polite, and welcoming, and they made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, I had a great experience with the food, cocktails, room dining, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend The Square Food and look forward to visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Candolim. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel at home. The room was ready early, and the overall service was excellent.
A special mention to Mr. Ronak, Duty Manager, who went above and beyond when my wife suddenly fell ill due to the weather and travel fatigue. Being new to the city, we had no idea how to manage the situation, but Ronak Sir quickly arranged a vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of.
I am also deeply grateful to Mr. Prashanth, the car driver, who not only drove us safely but stayed with us until midnight, offering support during a very difficult time. With my 3‑year‑old son and unwell wife, their help meant the world to me. By the next morning, my wife had recovered, and I cannot thank the Novotel team enough for making us feel secure and cared for.
Words are not enough to express my gratitude. This experience showed us the true meaning of hospitality. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend Novotel Candolim to anyone visiting Goa.

The food was excellent with plenty of variety. Soft dishes like idli and dosa were especially good. Overall, everything was tasty and satisfying. The rooms were spacious, perfect for a family stay, and truly awesome in comfort

We had confirmed our arrival one day prior over phone. We reached at 4pm, which is one hour past the official check-in time. Yet room was not ready. It took another 30-40 minutes to get my room
This happened to me 2nd time at Novotel. Same thing happened at Mumbai Airport Novotel few weeks ago
