Frokosten er kjempebra på hotellet. En av grunnene til at vi har brukt å bestille dette hotellet er den sentrale beliggenheten og god frokost. Rommene er greie. Vaskedamene var veldig hyggelige mot både meg og barna mine.

Cons:

Vi har vært hær 3 ganger tidligere og ikke hat noe å klage på, men dette er første gang jeg gidder å sende inn en vurdering. Hotell resepsjonistene var helt forferdelig. Sterk kontrast mot tidligere personell som har jobbet der. Lite hjelpsomme. Hilser ikke. Smiler ikke. Fikk oss til å føle oss lite velkommen og til bry for de som jobbet der. Dette alene har fått oss til å ikke benytte oss av Clarion i Sverige igjen. Jeg vet at man kan ha en dårlig dag og ikke være så service innstilt. Det har jeg forståelse for, men når hver eneste resepsjonist var slik over flere dager så vet jeg at det ikke var en dårlig dag.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, wirkte durch die dunkelgrau gestrichenen Wände, die klobigen, schwarzbraunen Möbel, die insgesamt mäßige Beleuchtung und die beiden für die Zimmergröße zu kleinen Fenster, die wenig Licht hereinließen, sehr düster und auf mich beklemmend. Im ausreichend großen Bad fehlten Ablageflächen.
