An excellent hotel with outstanding breakfast, beautiful views and very friendly service.
Pros:

I stayed for only one night, but the experience was excellent. At check-in, the receptionist kindly upgraded my room, which was a very pleasant surprise, and I was also happy to find that the sauna was still open until 22:30. The sauna has a beautiful view over the city and a very comfortable relaxation area.

The room itself was clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the Rituals toiletries provided in the room, including shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Free coffee, tea and fruit were available near reception, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The breakfast deserves a special mention — the selection was excellent, with plenty of choices for every taste. It is served on the ninth floor, with a fantastic panoramic view over the city and the lake, which made the breakfast experience even better.

Cons:

I honestly did not find any significant negatives during my stay. The only small improvement I could suggest would be to provide disposable slippers for guests using the sauna.
