Not worth the price tag and no views :(
Pros:

Good location. Overall comfortable room

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel it is really basic. Room is quite dated and small. Basic toiletries. Little shop for breakfast. I saw good reviews for nice view but reception said there is no such thing. Overall for the price I stayed in much better hotels in that area

Best Coffee Counter in the City!
Pros:

Rooms are fine, but the team working the coffee counter is NEXT LEVEL. What a lovely way to start your day — warm, always smiling and there to greet you with the “finest coffee in NYC.” I’m not sure about that, but I am sure Carlos, Davis, and Terry are the most pleasant and genuinely friendly people to wake up to in the City.

Hard to imagine the folks working the coffee counter can make such a huge difference in a hotel experience. Love these guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Good location, nice staff, rooms were nice-bathrooms could use shelving? Vanities small for "stuff".
Pros:

Terry in the Breakfast area was so wonderful, kind, and accommodating during my stay. He was a pleasure to speak with each morning. Keep him around!

Pros:

Hotel was in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available to purchase in a small area. The staff there were excellent.

Cons:

Only facilities for coffee in the room. A kettle would be better, with milk availability

Uitstekende locatie om NY te verkennen , propere kamer en goede bedden. Kleine badkamer maar grote douche.1 keer ter plaatse ontbeten en was heel goed

Pros:

Exceptionally well managed. All the staff in every department was super helpful, competent, warm and friendly. The facilities are totally clean, well supplied, well designed, and comfortable. A truly rare hotel that we couldn't find one thing we wished was different!

Value spent for quality of room was extremely disproportionate. This is some of the most expensive prices I’ve paid for a hotel that was not 5 star.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Great experience here with my 83-yr old mom, sister and adult daughter. Price was reasonable for NY standards, close to subway, Penn Station, Starbucks and great restaurants. In room fridge, microwave would be nice. The best part of the service. We had an early flight in so got to the hotel at 11 am. Adrianna was so kind to have an early check in option for one of our rooms. We were able to drop our luggage, freshen up and head out for the day. Thanks Adrianna, appreciate you caring for weary travelers. Kind service and positive attitudes is what makes travel special.
