It had a welcoming, friendly vibe and the staff were all helpful
Our shower in the room needed a more thorough cleaning, and had mold/mildew in the grout lines in the bottom part of the shower.
Loved the staff. Love the room. Everything was comfortable. Everybody was extremely friendly and the overall experience was outstanding!
The bar. Don't go thinking you're going to get a drink because it is not a well stocked bar. Also, the breakfast could be a little better. With the price that you're paying. It would be nice to have a little bit more variety, but overall it served its purpose.

This time the TV wasn't working. Did not know that until we had already unpacked so just stayed in that room but was offered another room. Also, I have noticed there are no tissues in the rooms?

My rooms bedside alarm clock went off at 5:25 am. After paying over $200 for one nights, I dont expect to be awakened by an alarm I did not set.
The lady at the front desk was nice and tried to help us by giving us another room, however it was still half dirty.
When we first arrived, we found out that none of the TVs were working. The room was hot so we tried to get the AC on and it turns out that wasn't working either. While my husband was working on the AC I was making the fold out bed for my kids and found a used vape pen under the couch , the bathroom fan didn't work and there were stains on the furniture and carpets. At 10:30pm we were sent to another room, which the AC was working, however it also had stains on the carpet and furniture, there was a used soap on the sink, no toilet paper and no comforter for the fold out bed. We were only traveling through for the night and needed a nice place to stay for my family. We chose this hotel because of the name and the rating were very high with a somewhat decent price for the night. To say we were extremely disappointed would be an understatement.

La propreté n'était vraiment pas superbe. Nous avions un divan-lit, et il avait plusieurs objets et déchets en dessous. De plus, les draps du divan-lit étaient tachés. J'ai retrouvé des poils et des cheveux sur ma tête d'oreiller et il avait un couteau à beurre sur le bord de la fenêtre.
De plus, pas d'article pour la salle de bain ( q-tip, démaquillant, crème hydratante ou autre)
I adored Zoe at reception. She is so welcoming and a joy to chat with.
The bulky goose feathers in the pillows and comforters need to be replaced.
