Cons:

A mon arrive la chambre que j ai réservé était sale y avait une odeur des égouts, quand j ai demandé de la changer il me demande de passer la nuit la jusqu’à le matin. Je n ai pas arrêté de demander le changement jusqu’à ce qu’il me donne une petite chambre.

Hôtel correct pour un prix un peu élevé
Pros:

Quartier tranquille, établissement propre et très bien tenu
Parking apprécié car les places sont rares à Dakar en général. Les personnes qui gèrent le parking sont efficaces et sympathiques

Cons:

Room service indigne des tarifs pratiqués. Les plats arrivent avec plus d’1 heure de retard après plusieurs relances et plusieurs promesses de livraison
Il n’existe pas de carte des plats disponibles en room service
L’accueil pourrait être plus efficace et dynamique

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Bien situé, tout à proximité

Cons:

Un peu d’effort au service de buanderie, mes habits sont revenus avec plein de taches et m’ont pas dit, un billet de 1000 fcfa dans une de poche, pas rendu. En revanche, le reste d’habits était bien lavés et repassés.

Pros:

Aunque es caro, pagas por su calidad y servicio. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fueron excelentes y no tan caros, si piensas en lo que te cobran en otros hoteles por menos de una cuarta parte.
Por lo demás, la habitación no solo era grande, sino que tenía armario, balcón y una dicha de enmarcar.
Es un oasis, caro pero agradecido si uno quiere darse un homenaje.

Super et le dinner est très riche. L’hôtel est à proximité du centre ville et très bon donc pour atteindre les services rapidements.

Cons:

Prix exorbitant par rapport au confort des appartements et le standing proposé. L’ascenseur est tombé en panne on a dû monter 7 étages. On m’a appelé à 3h du matin en pleine nuit pour me demander mon Check out time du lendemain. Lits inconfortables, qui grincent, clim inefficaces, porte de la cuisine coincée et on ne sait pas qui a la clef, on a dû changer d’appartement. Le personnel d’accueil qui avoue être stressé et dépassé face a une simple requête d’ouverture de la cuisine. A part le restaurant je n’ai rien aimé dans ce séjour. Et le prix en plus était très elevé. On s’attend à mieux quand on paye si cher.

Le personnel a été fantastique avec nous. La chambre était parfaite, et le petit déjeuner très bon aussi.

L’emplacement est correcte, mais il est vrai que c’est un peu difficile de trouver un centre commercial où on peut aller faire ses courses.

The location downtown is perfect. It is near to pharmacies, ATM machines and many other amenities. It is easy to get taxis and other ride shares. There is a restaurant at the hotel that gives value for the money.
