UN OASIS EN MITAD DE UNA CIUDAD CREATIVA, CALUROSA Y ENÉRGICA
Pros:

Aunque es caro, pagas por su calidad y servicio. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fueron excelentes y no tan caros, si piensas en lo que te cobran en otros hoteles por menos de una cuarta parte.
Por lo demás, la habitación no solo era grande, sino que tenía armario, balcón y una dicha de enmarcar.
Es un oasis, caro pero agradecido si uno quiere darse un homenaje.

Super et le dinner est très riche. L’hôtel est à proximité du centre ville et très bon donc pour atteindre les services rapidements.

Cons:

Prix exorbitant par rapport au confort des appartements et le standing proposé. L’ascenseur est tombé en panne on a dû monter 7 étages. On m’a appelé à 3h du matin en pleine nuit pour me demander mon Check out time du lendemain. Lits inconfortables, qui grincent, clim inefficaces, porte de la cuisine coincée et on ne sait pas qui a la clef, on a dû changer d’appartement. Le personnel d’accueil qui avoue être stressé et dépassé face a une simple requête d’ouverture de la cuisine. A part le restaurant je n’ai rien aimé dans ce séjour. Et le prix en plus était très elevé. On s’attend à mieux quand on paye si cher.

Le personnel a été fantastique avec nous. La chambre était parfaite, et le petit déjeuner très bon aussi.

Cons:

L’emplacement est correcte, mais il est vrai que c’est un peu difficile de trouver un centre commercial où on peut aller faire ses courses.

Pros:

The location downtown is perfect. It is near to pharmacies, ATM machines and many other amenities. It is easy to get taxis and other ride shares. There is a restaurant at the hotel that gives value for the money.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked.

Good for the occasion but the experience will not have me returned

Am very ok with the stay and the spot of the hotel.
Disappointing was the treatment of my black son during breakfast. It happens often in Afrika during my stays: my black son ( I am you a from Europe) being treated differently and even stopped at entering the restaurant.

I will never understand this and fortunately I experience otherwise in different places also

L'accueil des personnelles sont génial,

Cons:

L'emplacement dans le centre ville été décevant.
il y a trop de trafic, la circulation est en désordre.
A la sortie de l'hôtel il a le petit commerçant qui te suive partout pour te vendre quelques choses tout le temps.

Un très bon séjour avec un personnel disponible et attentionné.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Ndiambour. L’hôtel était propre, bien situé et le personnel était très serviable. Il était disponible à n’importe quel moment pour régler les petits soucis, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est bien passé pendant notre séjour.

La communication sur le prix. A mon avis on devait aider les gens comme moi de comprendre que le paiement d'une chambre par exemple se fait séparément de celui de la la restauration ou bien ajouter une formule Tout compris hébergement et restauration. Celui aiderait à mieux comprendre

So perfect and loved it

los empleados son los mejores que he tenido nunca

Los empleados eran EXCEPCIONALES. sobre todo destacar a moussa diallo y a mamadou colly. nos ayudaron a gestionar una excursion y fueron siemple super amables y ceranos. cuando vuelva a dakar iria a este hotel solamente por ellos. Las instalaciones tambien estaban super bien y la ubicacion muy buena.
