Pros:

Quartier un peu excentré, on entend un peu la voix rapide mais pas gênant la nuit fenêtres fermées. Grand appartement, mobilier très sommaire mais cuisine bien équipée malgré tout. La personne qui nous a remis les clés était très arrangeante sur le rendez-vous pour notre arrivé.
Rapport qualité prix quasi imbattable.

Cons:

L'appartement serait plus accueillant avec un coup de peinture, des meubles un peu rafraichis et un peu plus de déco.

Student type accommodation. Cheap for annecy.
Pros:

It had off street parking. Cheap in Annecy. There was space for 2 people. All basic amenities were there.

Cons:

Heat - if windows were open the mosquitos came in, if windows closed it got very hot- nights were just about bearable with the fan running.
Superficially clean
No ice box in the fridge
Limited cooking utensils and pans
We left a day early than planned because of the heat

Unica nota positiva è che l’appartamento era spazioso

Cons:

L’appartamento era sporco e pieno di ragni;mio marito ne ha rimossi circa 15. Appartamento polveroso e pieno di ragnatele. Pentole e posate sporche e vecchie. Inaccettabile!
Sul divano c erano peli bianchi. Bagni con ruggine qua e là. Posizione: 25 minuti dal centro a piedi, vicino ad una tangenziale. Non andate!

Overall, the apartment could really benefit from some updating and better maintenance. It was adequate for our stay, but

The location is about a 20-minute walk from the centre, which was as expected and not an issue for us. Having private parking on site was definitely a plus.

Cons:

The property was functional, but overall we were disappointed with the accommodation. The interior is very dated and quite basic, and several things need maintenance — for example, the office chair had a broken armrest, one of the lamps wasn’t working, and a power outlet didn’t work. The double bed was also quite small, around 140 cm, which we found uncomfortable for two people.
