Breakfast was ok but it like a 'one for all' menu.
Wifi was terrible. There was barely any water flowing in the taps.
The rooms were delightful.
WiFi wasn’t as good.
Great breakfast and we had dinner there everynight. All meals were spot on in presentation and delicious.
How peaceful , clean , quaintness, the food, customer service was simply amazing.
The pool needs to be clean.
I enjoyed the breakfast, just that it could be a little more.
Environment
Lack of entertainment
Rust en de natuur. Goed locatie voor ontdekken van de regio
The MOD and gentleman in the bar area were personable.
The room was hot and dirty when we checked in—curtains were literally black with grime. The woman at the front desk was completely unhelpful, more focused on her phone than doing her job. In the middle of checking me in, she actually asked me to step aside so she could help the Caucasian guest behind me. I hadn’t even finished my check-in. She didn’t explain anything—no info about vouchers, the facilities, or the Wi-Fi. We only stayed one night, and when we tried to speak to a manager the next morning, surprise—no one was even at the front desk.
nestled in a serene location
easily accessible
road needs attention
I love the lush vegetation around the property especially the variety of flora.
The lush green vegetation was appealing.
Small details as face lift for rails would enhance the appearance.
Having a kitchenette without a microwave and a fridge is really not good.
The mosquitoes really had a feast.
Breakfast was amazing all the food was good in the restaurant , room was amazing! Bed was comfy, room was clean and nice. Staff was so sweet and friendly! See you in January 2026
room was undersupplied with towels, and the facilities were under the standard.
Place is clean, airy and plant coverage is good
The location has a beautiful view, the food was very good, especially breakfast was true jamaican style. The room was comfortable, and pretty big. The ceilings had wood beams and were very high. It wasn't like your typical cookie cutter resort. It was very cozy, comfy, and rustic almost. The resort felt like we were in a jungle with all the vegetation that was there. We had an avocado tree (pear tree) right outside our balcony. I would definitely visit this resort again😊
The only thing I can say that I did not like was the pool.It seemed like it was a little bit bigger in pictures, and it was actually pretty small.
A very friendly service especially the head chef. Easy transport links to and from town, less than a 10 minute ride. TV, WiFi and air-conditioning, don't disappoint. Food was nice with a selection to choose from. The fresh breakfast juices are a must, they're delicious. The only thing I would have liked is a fridge in my room and a bigger pool. The swimming pool is good for dipping or suitable for kids. Above all else I enjoyed my stay.
