Irresponsible and could be a scam

Cons:

Said the hotel was under renovation on the day of check-in. Asked me to transfer to another hotel that's far away from city centre. I declined and they agreed to provide refund. But until now haven't done so.

Cons:

I was staying at Kingston 21 when suddenly the staff informed that the hotel was going for renovations. They transferred me to Kingston 7 which the room is much smaller, no fridge, no free tv channel

Adequate for a night or two
Pros:

Writing this review very late stayed mid march. The place is quite old and out dated but clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. A good spot to spend a night or two.

Cons:

The property didn’t have a working card machine so I had to go and take cash out to pay with as I couldn’t transfer from my Uk bank account.

The condition of room looks like half done.
