Le canapé lit n'était pas confortable
A very warm welcome. Complimentary juice when we arrived which was very refreshing. Rahma was very welcoming at the desk. Faouzi helped so much with our luggage. The suite was perfect- 2 rooms interlinking with a living room and kitchen. TV In each room. When we asked for an iron they brought it up straightaway. Also brought Tunisian sweets and fruit to the room free of charge which is a lovely gesture. We stayed for one night only due to our flight but the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Breakfast was big variety, healthy and also fruit juiced freshly, coffee, pancakes and hot breakfast. The staff overlooking the breakfast were very attentive too. A lovely stay and thank you to all the staff especiallly Rahma and Faouzi. We were a family of 5.

L'emplacement, la literie confortable. On a été surclassé deux fois. Un petite corbeille de fruits et des boissons de bienvenue. Le personnel était à l'écoute sur certaines demandes et réactif.
La climatisation dans certaines chambres est un peu bruyante.
