The staff were great

Cons:

They cancelled a room on us 20 mins before we got there and we still haven't had a refund 2 months later. Please never stay at any OYO hotel

Ok, for a sleep over, fairly cycle friendly.
Pros:

Good place for storing bikes and easy access no staircases. The room was compact, typical bathroom not too small. Bed ok.

Cons:

A converted stable house, but only a very narrow window high up the way (the building against a bank) so not much natural light. I encountered a huge spider several times :-o. There was a rather musty smelling wardrobe. The location is ok.

Average. Won't be returning, or would recommend.
Pros:

The Thai restaurant in the large adjacent bar.

Cons:

No breakfast. The sparseness of the room. The dead vegetation in planters, pots and baskets in the stable block courtyard. The tear in the carpet in my room. Only one coathanger in the cupboard.

Grim and Grubby

Location ok for attending nearby event, carparking on site

Cons:

Check in booked for 2pm (booking confirmation July 2025), told at 2.30pm we couldn't check in before 3pm or we would be charged extra. Room was in need of a deep clean, cobwebs on ceiling, in window and on lampshade, carpet couldn't have been vacuumed for days (carpet pile, numerous different colour hairs and a dog biscuit!), Bathroom filthy, toilet and shower including all the sealant needed a good clean. No signs for evacuation plan in case of fire. We were booked for 2 night stay but left after 1st night. £90 per night was a complete rip off. Please avoid.

Very Disappointing and would not stay again

Room had a bed smell of damp, cobwebs all over the bathroom, removed 7 spiders from the bathroom. Toilet needed to be cleaned. The whole bedroom needed a clean. Very disappointing and WOULD'NT stay ever again.
