The room was very clean and new
Easy to come in with the code
The zone where the hotel is, is not a good image like the hotel was

Room rénovated breakfast is ok
Very central in a very smelly and dirty Barcelona city
Room was pokey - good job we didn't bring tge cat as wouldn't be able to swing it. No lift from street level to first floor reception. Had to luggage case up long flight of stairs
We had a fantastic stay; the staff were very pleasant, and the highlight was the responsive reception team, who were always ready to offer advice and resolve any issues. We encountered a problem with the breakfast payment, but it was sorted out and the money refunded within a few hours—a major plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable for sleeping. Friday was a bit noisy, but fortunately, earplugs had been provided in the room, which solved the issue. The location worked well for us, with the metro just a few minutes' walk away. We recommend it.
