Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, right next to Masjid Al Haram, which made everything very convenient. From the moment you enter the reception, you are welcomed by an elegant fragrance that gives a luxurious and warm feeling. The lobby is beautifully designed with a fountain that adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and multilingual, making communication very easy. The room was spotless and very well maintained, and housekeeping service was impressively fast and efficient. The buffet had a wide variety of choices with something for everyone, and the food quality was excellent.

Overall, a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah. Book through the Hilton app for more discount

Hotel refused to fulfill my reservation completely by ignoring my breakfast right. It was mentioned clearly in my confirmation . More painful is the reservation site hotels.com didn't help anything. I was cheated and didn't succeed to find any solution. Can you imagine to pay for something and you get lost between two big names!!!
