A cozy and relaxing overnight stay with a great spa and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great one night stay at Hotel V. The hot tub was the highlight, so relaxing after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a quick getaway in Gatineau.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was only one night but everything we needed was there and the experience was smooth from check in to check out.

L’accueil et l’emplacement.

Cons:

L’odeur dans la salle de bain. Odeur d’humidité pas très agréable.
La climatisation est bruyante. Aussi, une lumière rouge est allumé sur l’unité indiquant de nettoyer le filtre.

Absolut zufrieden!
Pros:

Das komplette Personal ist ohne Ausnahme hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer war gut, aber nicht perfekt war, weil es schon leichte Gebrauchsspuren hatte. Der Spabereich mit Thermalpool und Sauna ist ausgezeichnet.

Overall, the V was a good place to stay for a one and done deal. But, I won't recommend it.
Pros:

Location, size, cleanliness, coffee bar in the morning.

Cons:

It is not friendly for people with disabilities. The one elevator is archaic and hidden away. Because my wife has mobility issues, I will never stay at the V again.

It needs a breakfast place.

Très satisfaits
Pros:

Bien situé et grand parking gratuit. La première chambre que nous avons eu était correcte mais beaucoup trop petite pour 4 personnes. Les lits font 140cm de large. Par contre nous avons changé (avec augmentation de prix) pour une chambre avec 1 kingsize et un lit escamotable. On voit aussi que la chambre avait été rénovée.

Cons:

Dans la première chambre le petit lit, l’airco très fort. Dans la deuxième chambre : parfait

Les lieux sont propres et calme.

Cons:

La piscine est fermée pour nettoyage. Normalement dans les autres place les traitements sont fait apres les heures de fermeture. Nous avons pris un motel avec piscine pour les enfants et ils n'y ont pas accès, c'est fachant.avoir su nous aurions été a une autre motel.

Felt like being in an old motel more than a 4 stars hotel.

Room seemed clean and location was good. Quick check-in.

Cons:

Doors, floor and furniture damaged, mattress and bedding uncomfortable. No staff at reception upon leaving.

Ben je trouve dommage que le bain chaud extérieur soit chaud l’été hihi je viendrais tous les mois s’il était frais... mais vous me reverrai dès l’automne!! ;)
