Nat is so professional and her massage is absolutely wonderful. I’m very lucky to have her service today.

Overall an excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean, worked perfectly for our family of 4. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel and it had a good selection of food, the views across to the marina bay were beautiful.

A special mention for Zyaira, such a warm and friendly member of staff, always greeting us and especially our daughters with such kindness and enthusiasm. Thank you for looking after us Zyaira.

The ambience is very elegant and pleasant. The location is beautiful. The staff is very professional and friendly - Zyaira, Joyce, Siew Lan.

The Westin Singapore is a beautiful hotel but is definitely more suited to a corporate traveller, not for a couple of vacation. Our room was on level 36 overlooking the pool. In fairness we were offered the opportunity to pay more and have a room on a higher level. We declined only to discover that everyone on the pool deck could look straight into the room - our curtains stayed closed the entire time! It was a relatively easy walk to Marina Bay and surrounds but arriving on a Saturday and being in a business area, the whole area was like a ghost town. The pool area is lovely but again, not for a couple on vacation, very quiet, limited service options and not great service. We spent our evenings at other hotels that had great options, views and entertainment.

I had an amazing White Rabbit themed afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge, The Westin Singapore….. it was amazing.

The lobster and the Ocean Jewel funnel were my absolute favourites, however it was all great! Everything felt creative and exciting, not your usual afternoon tea at all. The unlimited tea was a treat, and the cold White Rabbit milk tea… so delicious, really different in the best way.

The ambience is beautiful, but what really made it special was the staff. So warm, smiley, and attentive. Angela and Darsini made me feel so welcome! Thank you!

Lovely location, amazing staff and a wonderful view. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had and I’ve traveled all over the world.

Amazing hotel, super clean, the pool was amazing, the location was out of this world. Nothing I can say bad about this place! The staff was super helpful, they gave me an early check in, the rooms and lobby were spotless. The pool was out of this world. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time.

Our stay at The Westin Singapore had some positives, but unfortunately the overall experience was overshadowed by how we were treated by reception staff.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and professionally presented. The pool area is a highlight, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city.

However, our arrival experience was extremely disappointing. We had just come off an overnight flight with two young children who hadn’t slept, and we were all completely exhausted. We asked if there was any possibility of a temporary room or even guidance on where we could rest. This was declined without any effort to offer an alternative solution, such as suggesting we relax by the pool or another suitable area.

Instead, we ended up lying on the lobby daybeds out of sheer exhaustion. During this time, a male receptionist approached my wife and told her to sit up and move to a chair because of “onlookers” in the lobby. The way this was handled was embarrassing and unnecessary, and left us feeling humiliated at a time when we were already struggling.

Unfortunately, the tone of the service didn’t improve at checkout. We were made to feel unwelcome and, frankly, like low-class guests rather than paying customers.

It’s disappointing because the physical aspects of the hotel are strong, but service defines the experience—and in this case, it fell well short. Based on this experience, we would not return to this hotel, or choose the brand again.

We enjoyed having dinner at Cool & Brew, good food and service, nice view too.

Went to Seasonal Tastes on 19 April with family to celebrate our wedding anniversary as well as 3 April birthdays. We were given a table next to the window with a scenic view as requested. Seafood buffet is fresh and good, comprehensive in selection from starters all the way to desserts. Each of us found our favourites in these selections, such as snow crabs, grill oysters, sashimi, cheese board/salad/bread, roast beef, chocolates and ice cream of different flavours, just to name a few. Service by the team who included Zyaira & Joyce and 2 others was impeccable. They were attentive and quick to our requests as well as clearing the table. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary cakes for our celebration. Will definitely be back again in the future.

Second time here. Excellent standard is maintained. highly recommend for a quiet and luxurious experience. Jib provided very gentle tailored massage with Thai style for me as I don’t usually like the stretches. Did not try the jacuzzi or pool.

Selena was excellent! Managed to get my upper back knots out. Usually no masseuse can. All in 90 mins massage. Thai style massage session. Just the right pressure and tenacity. Very pleasant and receptive. Nice ambience . Wasn’t oo busy. Will come back again.
