Chegando no hotel fui informada que teria que pagar uma taxa (exorbitante) pra receber visita, mesmo que só pra pegar uma encomenda, isso não é informado antes de fechar a hospedagem, achei péssimo pelo alto valor. Eu estava em um quarto embaixo do restaurante e quando dava 6 da manhã era uma barulheira de cadeira arrastando, muito barulho, que prejudicou muito meu sono! Achei muito estranho também que eles pedem pra ver o cartão que foi pago a estadia, sendo que esse for outra pessoa que pagou?? Eu não teria esse cartão! Não faz sentido, é informação confidencial. Eles nem se quer disponibilizam opção de parcelar a estadia. Enfim, não voltarei. E tem um funcionário da recepção que achei ele muito frio, na defensiva, zero simpático!

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, o café da manhã com boas opções, os funcionários são todos muito receptivos e o ambiente sempre está limpo!

Cons:

Só uma informação que me causou estranheza, que foi ter uma taxa para receber uma pessoa no apto (mesmo que por poucas horas) nunca tinha visto isso. A tv não é smart, você só consegue assistir tv aberta ou se for o caso, tem que conectar em algum outro aparelho para ter acesso a streaming ou coisa do tipo.
