חוויה מדהימה למרגלות המון בלאן
Pros:

מלון מדהים, מתקני הספא יוצאים מן הכלל, ניקיון מופתי, נדיבות אדירה- גם בדוגמאות שמשאירים בחדר כל יום ממוצרי הספא, והטואלטיקה, גם כל יום מביאים כפכפי אצבע חדשים ונקיים לכל אחד, חלוקי ספא חדשים.
המלון מעוצב מהמם, אחלה לוקיישן, חדרים יפים ביותר עם מרפסת, ונוף מטריף

Cons:

לדעתי ארוחת הבוקר חסרה בחביתות, וקצת יותר ירקות היה משלים את הארוחה לכדי שלמות.
כמו כן, הגענו לא בעונה, וכל העיירה סגורה אז מלבד המלון ועוד מסעדה אחת, אין איפה לאכול או לשתות כוס קפה. הכל די מת ולא נאמר לנו את זה מראש. חבל.

מלון מדהים, ספא מצויין. קיבלנו את החדר לפני זמן הצק אין ואיפשרו לנו להשתמש במתקני הספא גם אחרי הצק אאוט.

Struttura curata e in una bella posizione . Camera romantic spaziosa e con balcone .

Cons:

Spa piccola e troppa gente. Era il 25 aprile con una bella giornata di sole ma non avevano tirato ancora fuori le sdraio in giardino. Non c’era possibilità di stare in giardino comodamente al sole …Ho dovuto chiedere più volte per essere accontentata e per avere una sdraio.
La stanza non è stata pulita e abbiamo dovuto chiedere perché fosse fatta la pulizia…
Ristorante sopravvalutato, cibo buono ma caro rispetto alla qualità .
Personale della struttura non adeguato ad un 4stelle. Solo le ragazze della reception molto carine e disponibili.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, posto tranquillo e rilassante con vista sul monte.

Cons:

Vasche da rivedere, pulsanti non funzionanti e alcune necessitano una pulizia profonda (depositi di calcare sull'acciaio delle sedute immerse). Temperatura acqua bassa, talmente bassa che la vasca esterna alle 18 del sabato con bel tempo fuori si é iniziata a svuotare, abbastanza anomalo per un QC. Nell'insieme siamo stati bene ma non all'altezza delle altre strutture del franchising del nord italia, in particolare nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Fantastico!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto quasi tutto: la pulizia, il silenzio, la spa senza bambini, i dettagli tipo i prodotti beauty nello spogliatoio, la colazione (superba), la vista dalla camera (sul Monte Bianco!), la cortesia del personale, gli omaggi ricevuti (prodotti per il benessere).

Cons:

Camera un po' piccola e molto calda (non si riusciva a regolare il termostato), parcheggio poco capiente, ma soprattutto la mancanza di prese di corrente dai comodini. Inoltre, sarebbe opportuno installare degli orologi grandi e ben visibili nell'area spa, all'interno (uno c'è, ma non si vede bene dalla piscina) e uno all'esterno.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien, bien qu'il soit assez onéreux. Toutes les petites niches avec des senteurs, des endroits de relaxation sont très très bien. C'est un bon combo avec les bains pour une relaxation optimale

La literie clairement ! Que ce soit la qualité des matelas, ainsi que les enfourages de duvets. Peu pratique et la propreté dans les bassins mérite plus d'attention. Et dommage que le petit set de produits de soin est été divisé en deux. Avant chaque personne du couple avait son propre set. A présent 1 seul set pour 2 pour le même prix de chambre. Dommage

Pros:

Sono tornata per la seconda volta ed è sempre una conferma, quando si vuole staccare la spina per un week-end. Personale molto accogliente e professionale, camere belle e confortevoli, spa notevole con tante proposte, non ci si annoia. Apprezzo tantissimo la possibilità di poter pranzare al ristorante durante la giornata alla spa, con diverse scelte di menù. Ben organizzato.
