Pros:

Pulizia, grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, perfetta la spa interna di livello qc terme, open bar la sera e ottima qualità del ristorante.

Cons:

La posizione dell’hotel è piuttosto isolata e rende praticamente necessario l’utilizzo dell’auto per qualsiasi spostamento. Per le camere che, come la nostra, si affacciano sulla statale che conduce al Traforo del Monte Bianco, il rumore del traffico risulta piuttosto fastidioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo non adeguato nonostante nel soggiorno sia compreso l’accesso alla spa interna dell’hotel. Con una tariffa di oltre 350 euro a notte, eravamo infatti convinti (anche a seguito di informazioni ricevute dal call center albanese, che avevamo evidentemente interpretato in modo errato) che per gli ospiti dell’hotel fosse incluso anche l’ingresso allo stabilimento QC Terme di Pré-Saint-Didier che si trova a tre chilometri. In realtà, l’accesso alle terme deve essere pagato separatamente.

bello e curato esteticamente, ma manca un po' di 'sostanza'.

le piscine sono molto belle, i locali della spa sono puliti, ben arredati e confortevoli. colazione salata ottima, locali arredati in maniera molto curata

la vista sulla mia camera era sui bidoni di raccolta della biancheria sporca! anche se non era una delle camere più costose ho comunque pagato mille euro per due notti: la vista sulle lenzuola sporche non è accettabile. Trovo inoltre brutto che non si possano cambiare gli asciugamani durante le attività della spa. Bisogna tenerli bagnati. In hotel della stessa categoria (ma non di questa catena) gli asciugamani asciutti sono sempre a disposizione degli ospiti dell'hotel
