Pros:

Badkamer waren wel mooi vernieuwd.
Het ontbijt was ook heel ruim voorzien.

Cons:

maar het personeel was voor ons een groot min punt.
De negatieve, lome werksfeer was bij iedereen aanwezig van in het restaurant tot aan de receptie.

Arredamento hall, vestiti personale , pulizia, bagno,kit cortesia, macchina caffè camera

Cons:

Posizione hotel, affaccio camera, assenza aria condizionata in posizione camera da cui con la finestra aperta si sente la strada, hall bella ma mancava un pochino di atmosfera/musica, parti di legno troppo rovinate nelle camere. Area benessere solo vista ma troppo misera.

Non passo qua più e non sugerisco a nessuno.
Pros:

quando milano ha 40 gradi, qui fa 20 gradi, molto piacevole

Cons:

Staff con faccia fredda, ascensore rotta, spina non adatta altezza con foto, essendo un hotel di 4 stelle non posso accettare queste. Mi piace Aosta passo ogni estate qua, ma questo hotel è il pessimo riguarda il prezzo , misura della camera, staff e etc. ogni volta chiedo una cosa, staff mi risponde solo: a pagamento ( con faccia fredda)

Stupendo!
Pros:

Appuntamento annuale. Molto accogliente e rilassante. Servizi ottimi. Il cibo è davvero ottimo.

Secondo me dovrebbero passare più sovente a pulire nella spa.
Oggi aspettavamo per fare un evento in sauna, ma non lo hanno fatto e non hanno avvisato nessuno.

Struttura molto bella e curata, camera molto bella con una bella vista, visto le dimensioni ridotte non è molto affollato e si può avere molta tranquillità e rilassarsi
