Wunderschöner Urlaub, in einem super freundlich geführten Hotel!
Pros:

Ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Man kann alles mit den verschiedenen Bussen erreichen und hat freie Fahrt und kann alle Seilbahnen kostenlos benutzen. Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals erwähnen. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Dankeschön, ich empfehle Sie zu 100 Prozent weiter!

Cons:

Eigentlich nur,dass bei uns im Zimmer die Badewanne noch alt war,sonst hätte ich 10 Punkte vergeben!

La dame de l'accueil était très gentille, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre chien. Il y avait une attention pour le chien et c'était très apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, la chambre parfaite et grande. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Verwöhn-Hotel in Traumlage
Pros:

Ich wurde richtig verwöhnt! Von der exklusiv für mich angeheizten Sauna über das Zimmer-Upgrade, das Käsefondue am Abend bis zum großartigen Frühstück. Ich wäre so gerne länger geblieben. Komme aber definitiv wieder. Hier wird sich mit herz um die Gäste gekümmert.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)
Pros:

Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück. Super freundliches Personal und auch Essen im Restaurant abends lecker mit ortstypischen Spezialitäten. Lage zur Bergbahn perfekt. Man kann alles problemlos zu Fuss erreichen. Liftkarte als Kombiangebot mit der Übernachtung ist viel günstiger.

Overall, nothing critical, but due to this attitude, I would not choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is new and conveniently located close to the ski lift. There is a ski storage room and several saunas, which is very nice after a day in the mountains.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by the attitude of the staff. At breakfast, seating is assigned by the staff, and I was always placed near the entrance in a drafty area, even though there were plenty of free and more comfortable tables available. This really spoiled the mood in the mornings.
In addition, the receptionist explained the check-in rules in an irritated manner and without any friendliness, which was especially disappointing right before Christmas. Among all the staff, only the housekeeping team was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
