Hotel Hulku

Tiene el mismo desayuno siempre, te dan para dos personas aunque la habitación tenga 4 personas.
La garzona anda con cara de culo y tira las cosas en la mesa. se cortó la luz y no tenían luces de emergencia, menos un protocolo, menos mal duró solo dos horas.
Las camas son las más pequeñas para ser de dos plazas. No recomendado para gente más de 180 cm.
Son muy restrictivos con el estacionamiento.

les chambres mériteraient d’être refaites. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude malgré l’intervention du personnel.

Dommage aussi que certains clients aient été très bruyants, notamment une famille française qui criait souvent et claquait les portes, ce qui a nui au calme du séjour. C’est regrettable quand le respect des autres vacanciers n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Le personnel

- la kitchenette: très petite (c'est plus un minuscule "cagibi" fermé par une porte), un petit frigo, 1 seule plaque de cuisson, très peu d'ustensiles, et très peu fonctionnelle. Impossible pour une famille de 4 d'y déjeuner.
- comme souvent, clim orientée directement sur les lits
- Peu d'éclairages extérieurs le soir: tables à disposition mais non éclairé donc nous avons dû mettre nos lumières de téléphone pour voir clair

Petit lit, petit déjeuner très succinct

Plusieurs points à soulignés :
- dans notre chambre présence de cafards( nous avons signalé à la réception qui nous on change de chambre )
- musique très bruyante
- petit déjeuner vraiment mauvais et pas assez diversifier
- allergies aux draps ( démangeaisons )
- personnel pas très polies . À part les réceptionniste s et qui ont été réactif à nos demandes

Midden in de nacht ging het brandalarm af. Wij stonden buiten te kijken, er werd niet gecommuniceerd wat er aan de hand was en er werd ook geen excuses aangeboden. Daarnaast was de muziek tot 3uur s nachts echt heel erg hard van de club daarnaast (vrijdag en zaterdagavond).

Se puede mejorar el desayuno, ya que es muy pobre. Y suele ser ruidoso por un hostel que organiza fiestas de noche y está en la misma cuadra

Necesita una reforma urgente, esto no se arregla del día a la noche pero lo que sí tiene mejora es El desayuno que incluye, es muy limitado y el café, el peor que me he tomado nunca en un hotel. El parking es limitado hasta las 22h aunque tienen recepcionista 24h 🤷‍♀️ por poco más hay muchas opciones mejores, no se dejen llevar por las fotos que el jardín si está bonito.

Rangement dans la chambre pas assez pour 4 personnes .

Der Receptionist hat die Einweisung auf Spanisch gemacht, obwohl wir ihn mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir englisch besser verstehen. Später hat er in perfekten Englisch mit uns kommuniziert.
Der grüne Innenhof hat auch viele Mücken, sodass ab 16:30 Uhr ein Aufenthalt in Freien „schwierig „ ist.
Das Frühstück (Kontinental) ist lecker und ausreichend. Jedoch wir zuerst der Toast serviert. Tellerchen werden erst auf Nachfrage oder sehr viel später herausgegeben, sodass der Toast immer schon weich und kalt ist, wenn man ihn essen kann.
Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich, aber verstehen die Anfragen nicht immer oder ignorieren sie (zB wenn man sagt, dass man keinen Käse will (auf Spanisch), bekommt man den Käse trotzdem (wahrscheinlich wird das schon so vorbereitet).
Im
Umfeld sind Gaststätten die versuchen mit lauter Musik Gäste fern zu halten. Der Krach ist hörbar, hat aber uns nicht vom Schlaf abgehalten, da wir Abends ab22:00 Uhr nach einem aktiven Tag, ohnehin platt waren.

Hay mucho ruido en las noches por discoteca y bares

MOSQUITOES! Although they do fumigate them around 6pm. They still eat you alive and get inside the rooms too.
I wish they provided or sold spray or something for mosquitoes.

Wifi was very slow and at times not working at all.

Staff - Almost nobody speaks English! Except one person.
Staff - Several female staff at the breakfast were giving me evil looks. Constantly! It was very uncomfortable.

One day after 11am when breakfast ended, as I was finishing mine, I came to a juice dispenser to get a refill. The lady that works there, Angeles, ran towards me almost taking it out of my hands and rudely told me that it’s one glass per customer!

First of all, hotel was almost empty as it’s a low season.
Secondly, breakfast ended and I was the only person who was there late. Juice is supposed to be disposed of at the end of the shift. I worked at hotels and those are the rules for food service.

Thirdly - I paid for my breakfast!
And the only reason she was behaving this way makes me think that they keep the leftovers for themselves.
Well, ok. But fighting a guest for a glass of VERY DILUTED btw juice while there is still a lot left, after the breakfast is UNACCEPTABLE!

The next day Angeles removed glasses and turned off the juice machine right after seeing me coming to eat. So that I couldn’t get ‘their’ portions of it. And it was still 10:20am. Not even close to the end of breakfast. She also told about this to another younger girl who works in that area and that girl kept giving me evil looks non-stop! She was literally following me around, pretending to clean something near me and frying me with her eyes. VERY RUDE AND UNCOMFORTABLE!
Next day this girl did the same thing as Angeles. Removed glasses right after I came to eat.
SUPER RUDE.

Matcha Frappe btw is NOT Available even though is being advertised. False marketing. Not cool.
Or perhaps the staff is also stealing it for themselves.

It seems like there are no trained waiters in this hotels.
