Pros:

La ubicacion estaba cerca de la avenida principal a 3 cuadras.

Cons:

El baño no tiene una buena ventilacion (almenos en mi habitación), en el desayuno es tostadas con cafe y fruta con yogurt, deberia incluise huevos creo al menos. Tampoco fue agradable que nos cobraron un impuesto adicional a lo que estaba en la plataforma y lo PEOR es el tema del estacionamiento. Tienen pocos lugares y no garatizan que tengas un espacio de acuerdo a políticas del Hotel y al momento de la salida nuestro auto fue topado por alguno otro y el Hotel respondío que por políticas ellos no se hacen responsables por daños en el parqueo al vehículo.

L'emplacement, le fait de se sentir entouré de végétation alors que l'on est en ville, la piscine, propre, bon lits.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude, la réception qui ne parle pas très bien anglais (1 personne sur 3), le pdj inclus très succinct.

O Hotel Hulku superou nossas expectativas em vários aspectos. A Angela do café da manhã merece destaque especial — atenciosa, simpática e com um serviço impecável todas as manhãs. A estrutura do hotel é muito bem cuidada, os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados, e a localização é excelente: a poucos minutos de tudo que Playa del Carmen tem a oferecer. Ótimo custo-benefício para quem quer uma estadia de qualidade sem pagar preços absurdos.

Cons:

Infelizmente, a portaria noturna deixou muito a desejar. Em uma ocasião ficamos esperando do lado de fora por aproximadamente uma hora sem que ninguém viesse nos atender — uma situação constrangedora e inaceitável para um hotel que se propõe a ter recepção 24 horas. Além disso, as toalhas disponibilizadas eram insuficientes para o número de hóspedes no quarto, sendo necessário solicitá-las repetidamente durante a estadia. São pontos que o hotel precisa corrigir para estar à altura da sua própria proposta.

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene una vegetación preciosa.

Cons:

Tiene el mismo desayuno siempre, te dan para dos personas aunque la habitación tenga 4 personas.
La garzona anda con cara de culo y tira las cosas en la mesa. se cortó la luz y no tenían luces de emergencia, menos un protocolo, menos mal duró solo dos horas.
Las camas son las más pequeñas para ser de dos plazas. No recomendado para gente más de 180 cm.
Son muy restrictivos con el estacionamiento.

Pros:

Bel hôtel au cœur d’une véritable petite jungle, avec une ambiance agréable et dépaysante. Bon emplacement, à quelques minutes de la 5ème Avenue. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

les chambres mériteraient d’être refaites. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude malgré l’intervention du personnel.

Dommage aussi que certains clients aient été très bruyants, notamment une famille française qui criait souvent et claquait les portes, ce qui a nui au calme du séjour. C’est regrettable quand le respect des autres vacanciers n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Pros:

- l'emplacement
- l'aspect esthétique de l'hôtel: piscine, jardins, restaurant ouvert sur l'extérieur
- le parking privé sécurisé
- le prêt de vélos pour 2 h

Cons:

- la kitchenette: très petite (c'est plus un minuscule "cagibi" fermé par une porte), un petit frigo, 1 seule plaque de cuisson, très peu d'ustensiles, et très peu fonctionnelle. Impossible pour une famille de 4 d'y déjeuner.
- comme souvent, clim orientée directement sur les lits
- Peu d'éclairages extérieurs le soir: tables à disposition mais non éclairé donc nous avons dû mettre nos lumières de téléphone pour voir clair
