1. My card was being charged before my check-in and I was informed when I was checking in they needed to see a credit card again? I checked in at 8:30PM and I was contacted earlirer while still traveling to make a payment by 9PM or the room was going to be cancelled, which was puzzling and threating to me. The policy stated check-in will be 3PM to12midnight. Call was made from 505-302-6666
2. I chose a room with 2-queen beds, but the beds seemed like double beds.
