Booked the penthouse room with a big balcony and yet there was no little table and chairs to enjoy the view or weather. We asked but they said no they could not provide these. A but disappointing considering that's why we booked the penthouse, fir the balcony and views

Удобное расположение прям рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, недалеко от всех основных достопримечательностей. Мы с мамой приехали примерно за 1,5 часа до чек-ина, но нас любезно впустили в наш номер сразу же после регистрации. Довольно сытный завтрак

Cons:

Кровать была немного узковата для двоих человек и при бронировании не было опции выбрать две отдельные кровати в номере. Завтрак был неплохой, довольно сытный, но не слишком разнообразный - всего по 2 опции на выбор, то есть или чай или кофе, или 3 вида сыра или 3 вида мясной нарезки и т.д. А если я обычно пью утром и чай, и кофе, или я хочу и сыр и колбасу - тут такой возможности не было. Вариант, не совсем подходящий для тех, кто любит завтраки по системе шведского стола😅

Description of this hotel is totally misleading. Superior double = standard double
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was a standard double, not superior as advertised. The bed was a small double, not a large double as advertised. The basin was like a sink in a public toilet with no plug.
There was no parking although parking was advertised
Breakfast was in the station cafe 200 metres away from the hotel. Limited choice and you have to pay extra for a second cup of coffee.

Very pleasant experience overall
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently situated, near the station and with nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will recommend it.

Das Zimmer erschien vom Stil recht modern.

Cons:

Die Dusche im Raum, der Eindruck eines Stundenhotels, in der Zimmertür ein Spion, der Ausblick auf eine Wand und ramschende, Sushi für zwei, statt tatsächlichem Restaurant, prostituierte die Straße runter.
