Enttäuscht über Umgang mit Gästen. Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert.
Pros:

Wir waren unzufrieden

Cons:

Schimmel an der Decke, viele Kleinigkeiten nicht in Ordnung. Frühstück für 18€ viel zu mager und Personal hat sich um keine Reklamationen gekümmert. Waschbecken viel zu hoch und Toilette verletzt Persönlichkeit.

Restoranı ve yemekleri lezzetli. Zaman zaman servis aksıyor ve yaşlı restoran personeli biraz kaba.
Cons:

Kapalı havuz ücretliymiş. 3. bir firma tarafından işletiliyor. Herkese açık fakat her giriş için 90 Avro talep ediyorlar.

Personeel receptie
Omdat ik als inwoner van Helmond geen toeris t enbelasting hoef te betalen en dit wel door receptie medewerker en andere medewerker verrekent werd. Doordat ik het hoofdkantoor van fletcher.nl had gebeld kreeg ik mijn gelijk en heb de de daaropvolgende dag met een mail van het hoofdkantoot, mijn toeristen belasting terug gekregen van 3 nachten a 4,50 per nacht. Wel moest ik mijn adres bewijzen met een foto of dergelijk bewijs dat ik echt een inwoner ben van de stad waar ik woonachtig ben.
Ik heb ook tegen de receptie medewerker gezegd dat ze dit onderwerp toch mee moeten nemen naar een meeting want zo kan ik ook rijk worden. Voelde me echt belazerd Fletcher hotel Helmond!

Pros:

The hotel amenities were excellent. The staff was caring and helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

I would appreciate a cleaner room, as there was quite a lot of dust. However, I respect the staff if they are new or being trained. The rest of the stay was great.

Gewoon een goed hotel met een heerlijk terras en vriendelijk personeel.
