La vue de la chambre au 6ème étage
La surface de la chambre et du lit King size
La qualité du petit-déjeuner

Les problèmes de lecture de badge au parking
La mauvaise analyse et compréhension du desk pour imprimer un document Word. 30 mn pour obtenir 4 feuilles de papier car le responsable de permanence avait compris que je voulais une pré facture de ma chambre et pas intégré que je demandais une impression de document.

Netheid en hygiëne van de gedeelde toiletten, mooi uitzicht, rust, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, de vriendelijkheid van het barpersoneel, de professionaliteit van de receptie.

Cons:

-De superior kamer (de beste beschikbare) heeft geen minikoelkast, slechts één stopcontact bij het bed, het raam kan niet volledig open en de douchecabine heeft geen scheidingswand, waardoor de hele badkamer nat is na het douchen. -Ik had nergens kunnen weten dat de wellness (zwembad/sauna) uitsluitend naakt is, ondanks dat op de foto's mensen in badjassen/handdoeken te zien zijn.
