Pedi para olhar o quarto antes de concluir a reserva e tinha um escorpião. O recepcionista disse que havia matado um inseto na recepção também e estavam passando por dedetização. Não consegui avaliar pela plataforma, pois o hotel excluiu a reserva antes de mim. Fiz a avaliação pelo e-mail que o booking enviou.
