Great hotel in fabulous location

Insgesamt haben wir uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt und hatten keine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit – wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt dieses Hotels. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und für italienische Verhältnisse absolute Premiumklasse. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, direkt in der Nähe des Schiefen Turms von Pisa und somit ideal für Besichtigungen.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, tatsächlich war es aber eher ein einfaches Familienzimmer. Im ‚Kinderzimmer’ stand lediglich ein Doppelbett, getrennt nur durch eine Glasschiebetür, die sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Auch das Badezimmer war nur vom ersten Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich und ebenfalls nur mit einer schlecht schließenden Schiebetür getrennt. Dadurch gab es kaum Privatsphäre. Zusätzlich lag der Eingang ins Bad direkt neben dem Bett.

Das Zimmer war teilweise dreckig (siehe Fotos) und insgesamt wirkte das Hotel alt, abgewohnt und nicht richtig renoviert. Auch der Föhn war sehr schlecht – eher wie ein einfacher Schwimmbad-Föhn und absolut nicht das, was man in einem Viersternehotel erwarten würde.

Durch die stark befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel war es zudem extrem laut, sodass wir schlecht geschlafen haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt und hatten keine schöne Zeit.

Pour 1 nuit c'était très bien
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel proche de la Tour de Pise est très pratique. Tout se fait s'en problème à pied.

Cons:

Notre chambre était collée à la réception et donnait sur la rue très passante. De ce fait le bruit a été gènant notamment avec des enfants.
