Excelente ubicación y servicio al cliente.
Pros:

Está muy bien remodelado, se ve moderno por dentro. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño y excelente servicio. Nos apoyaron con la reserva de un tour apenas llegamos. Súper bien en general. Excelente ubicación. El internet súper rápido y gratis. Nos recibieron las maletas antes de la hora estipulada para el check-in, lo que nos posibilitó salir a conocer sin preocuparnos.

Cons:

Deberían remodelar el centro de la planta baja del hotel que se ve desde las ventanas de los cuartos que dan al interior. En las habitaciones de alado nos tocaron unos huéspedes extremadamente ruidosos que a las 3am azotaban puertas y gritaban, por lo que no pudimos dormir bien.

Not my option next trip to town.
Pros:

Rooms are fine.

Cons:

The zone were its Located is terrible, the restaurant its really bad and theres no options to eat around neither, just an OXXO next door.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, la comida estaba deliciosa

Cons:

No son habitaciones insonorizadas por lo que se puede escuchar todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y habitaciones contiguas, estan remodelando no se que en que piso pero se oye toda la maquinaria desde las 8 - 9 de la mañana hasta la tarde
