Schön, aber verbesserungsfähig
Pros:

Nettes Personal, Innenstadtnahe Lage, Parkhaus am Hotel (Achtung extra zu bezahlen und teuer), Spabereich im Hotel (extra zu bezahlen und nur FKK außer zwischen 8-9 Uhr morgens für Hotelgäste), gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Spabereich nur FKK, Teppichböden in den Zimmern (unhygienisch), Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein

Pros:

Locatie was top!! We waren met vijf minuten lopen in de stad.
We kwamen met de auto en was ook makkelijk aan te rijden.

Cons:

We vonden de hygiene wel te wensen over.
Vlekken op de muren, daarnaast (ogenschijnlijk) ook bloed vlekken op het gordijn.

Negatively surprised about the swimming pool
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, in front of Leiden Central Station. The city center can easily be reached on foot. The rooms are small, but quite confortable

Cons:

The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star hotel because of its swimming pool on the last floor. The swimming pool is actually open to hotel guests only between 8.00 and 9.30 AM. During the rest of the day, the pool is for nudist guests, and you have to pay extra to access it. I have never heard that the hotel charges extra to get access to the pool. This information was not provided on Booking.com. This is a 3-star, rather than a 4-star hotel

La SPA interna all'albergo è molto bella.
Le parti comuni sono carine
Presente anche un ristorante molto gradevole al 12 piano con vista mozzafiato

Prima verblijf voor bezoek aan Leiden
Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend. Direct bij het Centraal Station en een parkeergarage onder het hotel. De parkeergarage is tegen betaling. De binnenstad bereik je via het Centraal Station in een minuut of vijf.

Cons:

De ontvangst was weliswaar vriendelijk, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Er werd niet gevraagd of we ontbijt bij willen boeken en er werd ook niets uitgelegd over mogelijkheid van dineren of borrelen. Bij vertrek werd er ook niet gevraagd of we een prettig verblijf hebben gehad.
De kamer was netjes en schoon. Wel verdiend de bodem van de schuifdeur voor het toilet en de douchecel enige aandacht. Precies bij de scheidingswand was het nogal vies.

Okay, but will not stay again.

Cons:

Bathrooms in the room had ZERO privacy. Very exposed when using toilet. Actually, worst bathroom set up I have ever experienced. We did not use the toilet in our room. We use the toilets in the lobby. Access keys to room did not work on numerous occasions.

Air conditions was not working. Water was leaking from the AC vent on to the carpet.
