La ubicación excelente. El coffee corner muy bueno. Todo muy limpio

Cons:

El baño de la habitación del ático muy incómoda, la ducha mojaba todo el baño era imposible ducharse tranquilo. Y había un ruido intermitente del tablero eléctrico y el aire centralizado que sonaba cada 5 minutos muy fuerte y no dejaba descansar y dormir

Bad and disappointing
Pros:

Nothing honestly we checked out after the 1st night

Cons:

Everything was disappointing. From arrival to check out. At no time there was anyone to help us with our luggage and the entrance is a long staircase unfortunately

Pros:

Location and comfy beds

Cons:

Poor organisation (room not being correct, random housekeeping/ no housekeeping). Multiple errors were made with our room and the way it was dealt with was poor, and received a free breakfast as compensation (a croissant and orange juice) , which we didn’t want anyway.

A few staff (not all) weren’t whiling to help and made you feel like a constant inconvenience, especially a young lady receptionist. Was met with rolled eyes or completely ignored after saying hello and met with no eye contact.
