Pros:

Fica numa localização tranquila, é bastante grande e tem varanda.
O pequeno almoço apesar de ser num café ao lado é bastante agradável.

Cons:

A rua onde fica o prédio está toda em obras e a receção inicial não foi muito calorosa. A limpeza é apenas aceitável.

ESPAÇO LIMPO E ORGANIZADO, MAS FALTA COMUNICAÇÃO.
Pros:

A hospedagem atendeu minhas expectativas, embora o custo seja um pouco elevado. Fiquei no 1° andar com uma sala, cozinha e quarto. Ambiente limpo e organizado. Faltou alguns utensílios para quem faria comida no local, mas, como não fiz, não fez falta, mas não tinham muitos utensílios. Ar condicionado nas duas áreas e novos. Banheiro com bom chuveiro, água forte e ótimo espaço. o Wi-fi funcionou durante toda semana, inclusive com boa velocidade. A cama era bem confortável e a limpeza diária (exceto no domingo) superou as expectativas. O café da manhã é num restaurante do outro lado da rua e com boas opções e qualidade (mas não funcionou no domingo).

A ausência de informação de funcionamento. Além disso, no domingo o lugar que serve o café da manhã não abria e, por isso, fiquei sem acesso. Todavia, isso não foi informado e nem dado alternativas, mesmo estando incluso o café da manhã.

noinicio o nosso apartamento nao tinha luz e depois o que nos deram fazia muito Barulho dos restaurantes à noite tivemos que mudar de quarto, NAO HA ELEVADOR, a cozinha nao tem muitos talheres nem panela, nem um pano de cozinha nada mesmo

Il nous a mis à disposition une navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel malgré l’heure tardive.
Petit déjeuner au top même si pas localisé dans l’immeuble et pas très bien expliqué.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant car le quartier est en travaux et quelques chiens. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville.
