Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in HCMC. Room service and towel change every day.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit is under powered for a family room with 2 double beds. Air conditioning unit has water leaking due to condensation. There is a lizard in the room that comes out during the night making noise on the table. They leave the used towels at the staircase waiting for collection.
