Super consigliato!!
Pros:

Ottima Location, fuori di tutto il rumore del paesino, camera grande con letti molto confortevoli inclusa la culla, miei bambini hanno adorato il balcone da dove apprezzavamo la montagna e il fiume, personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente, ottima colazione.

Well-located and very comfortable
Pros:

Very good location approx five minutes’s walk to the bus stop for buses up to Machu Picchu and about 10 minutes from the train station. Big comfortable room (with a kettle and fridge). Absolutely lovely staff, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast made available early as we had booked the 06:00 entry to MP.

Cons:

Aguas Calientes can be expensive. Captive audience etc. This hotel felt very pricey for Perú but the location made up for our slight price panic.

Pros:

O hotel é excelente, a localização é muito boa, o quarto é confortável e grande, o staff é educado e atencioso.

Cons:

Recomendo redobrar a atenção quanto aos dados dos hóspedes, cai em um golpe de 200 euros que realizaram em nome do hotel. Consegui resolver com o banco por isso não alterou a nota que dei pro hotel, mas foi uma situação bem chata.

A nice, clean hotel that goes beyond my expectations. The staff was great!
Pros:

I was met at the train station by a staff member who carried my luggage up the hill to the hotel. The staff member at check-in were very friendly and helpful. On checkout the staff member carried my luggage to the train station.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything was good.

Pros:

Funcionarios atenciosos,hotel limpo, quarto espaçoso e com uma linda vista, hotel bem localizado e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Atendimento de um dos garçons colocando regras dele no café da manhã, ele queria limitar o pedido da cozinha e não é regra do hotel, mas foi resolvido.

Excelente escolha!
Pros:

Experiência muito agradável em um quarto confortável e com uma bela vista da montanha, muito limpo, banho com ótima ducha quente, bom café da manhã, tudo foi perfeito para uma ótima noite de descanso para subir a Machu Picchu. Funcionários muito gentis, que nos aguardam na chegada e retorno à estação, para realizar o transporte das bagagens.

Cons:

The turn down service at 4 pm woke me up , the book exchange was locked and they charged 10% service charge extra to booking.com prices. I was there for my birthday and first time in my life that a hotel has done nothing ! (Tho I went to Toto’s for dinner and the staff gave me a cake and came and sang to me which was priceless. )No atmosphere in the bar area but the Sumac hotel down the rd has a lovely bar with great staff!

Good value for money. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Close to Machu Picchu station. Staff picked us from station and helped carry our carry on luggages. They offered to drop the luggages to the station as well. Room has nice view of the mountains and river.

Cons:

Just a suggestion, have slippers that can be provided if guests ask for it (even at an extra cost). Just makes it really handy.
