I booked 1 night at the property. I arrived at 11am to check in. On arrival the manager at the desk informed me the room had been double booked and unfortunately the hotel was full. I was promised that they would contact Booking.com and a full refund . I did not receive any refund.

Das Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Aber das Zimmer ist maximum 15 qm gross. Die Beschreibung in der Annonse war 23 qm.
Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr gut und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Reinigung leider nur auf Anfrage.
