Cons:

Avvisati per tempo di lasciare l'hotel un giorno prima, essendo stata fatta la prenotazione con Booking,abbiamo tentato in tutti i modi di contattare la stessa ma il sistema con la turchia era fuori uso. La struttura volutamente non si e' attivata, addebitandoci il giorno non usufruito di eur. 400.00 per due camere. Tra l'altro ci avevano dato la disponibilita' dal giorno successivo all'arrivo di lettini separati.... disponibilita' scomparsa misteriosamente....Insomma una delusione....

Close to Gayrepette metro station. Good for overnight aiport lay over
Pros:

It is near to Gayrepette train station, about 15minutes walk. Comfortable bed, very clean room, we are well rested for next day flight. Reception staff are very professional and nice. The bell boy staff gave a clear instructions of the services provided by the hotel.

Cons:

Occasionally there are ambulance sirens at night. But we still able to sleep through the night.

Персонал отзывчивый.

Cons:

Заселили с дочкой в курящий номер, это потом я поняла . Когда после уборки поставили пепельницу на стол. Но уже не стали менять номер. Хотя изначально был в номере странный запах.
Мебель старая , очень нет ковролина.
Вариант не соответствует 5* как они о себе говорят. 3 * однозначно я бы поставила .
Выбрала его из за локации , но пожалела.

Pros:

Завтрак удивил неожиданно приятным набором блюд. Если выбрать правильный выход из метро, то идти совсем недолго, по прямой, можно с чемоданами. Персонал все же смог разобраться со своей/нашей финансовой неурядицей. В номере при заселении нас ожидал комплимент в виде фруктовой тарелки.

Cons:

При заезде номер оплатили наличными евро. Поднялись в номер и увидели что отель списал ту же сумму с банковской карты, привязанной к бронированию в Букинге. Первая реакция персонала была "Это не мы, обращайтесь в банк", но все же взялись разбираться. В итоге через час транзакция на карте была отменена.
