We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the room was impeccably maintained. The room service team was prompt, attentive, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The aspects we were slightly disappointed with was the swimming pool and spa area. The pool was quite basic, and its location in the basement made it feel less inviting. The space was also rather narrow, which limited the overall ambience and relaxation experience. We had expected more extensive leisure facilities to match the hotel's otherwise excellent standards. Also, the location was far from the main attractions.

The rooms were clean quite and spacious
The breakfast was really amazing and upto the 5 stars standard
Location was nice near to many facilities as well as to the Malls

Many eating places, but not really much sightseeing nearby, as it more like business district. Not an issue as travel was easy

Very poor storage space in room.
Usually bedside tables have drawers and space underneath to store stuff, only bedside table top was there. Seemed like design choice. Large shelf under TV, no drawers underneath either.
Only one clothes hook in bathroom, inadequate for 2 people
Some staff at reception very stiff and formal. But maybe language problem
Very helpful staff, large rooms. Good breakfast with local food.. price was attractive.

The AC wasn’t cooling, in the room there were no glasses for water. No bottles of water, no tooth brush and paste.
