La tensión del personal fue lo mejor de todo, muy atentos en todo momento que los requerimos, nos brindaron información importante cuando se las solicitamos.

Cons:

Aunque están remodelando algunas habitaciones, es importante no descuidar detalles en las habitaciones, puertas sin pasador de seguridad, le faltan puertas a las regaderas, tal vez ese es el diseño, pero es importante, ya que están remodelando considerarlo, faltan tapetes antiderrapantes en las regaderas, faltan toallas para manos, son detalles importantes que hacen una gran diferencia, por último, seria muy bueno que contarán con personal de seguridad en las noches, ya que se supone que es un lugar para descansar, pero hay personas que van de fiesta a la ciudad y quieren seguirla en el hotel y no todos queremos el hotel para eso, gracias por su atencion

Mala por que no descanse por el ruido del minisplit

El aire acondicionado NO enfriaba y hacia un ruido tremendo que no dejaba dormir lo reportamos y no lo repararon

EL HOTEL NECESITA ACTUALIZARSE, LAS REGADERAS SON MUY VIEJAS Y TIENEN BASTANTE SARRO. TIENEN VARIOS DETALLES LOS CUARTOS QUE SE PUEDEN MEJORAR. LAS PUERTAS ESTAN TOTALMENTE DESCUADRADAS Y SE ESCUCHA TODO HACIA ADENTRO DE LAS HABITACIONES. TENEMOS MUCHOS AÑOS VIAJANDO Y RESERVANDO EN ESE HOTEL Y SIGUEN IGUAL LOS DETALLES.
