Pros:

The hotel room design is modern and simple, very nice. Room is very clean, bed is comfy. The best thing, it comes with a bolster.

Fantastic Stay with helpful & friendly staff.
Pros:

The service way beyond our expectation. Its a hotel we will STRONGLY recommend. The counter staff are super friendly and helpful. We are repeated customers.

Especially the hotel driver, Mr Addy, no words can describe his helpfulness and friendliness. He goes beyond his call of duty.

5 thumbs up for him. MU Hotel's boss is very very bless to have Mr Addy as their staff. Thank you Mr Addy for all that you have done for my family during our stay in MU hotel. You are a GEM 💎 😍😍😍

MU is the hotel to stay at Ipoh 😊
Pros:

Stayed the second time, and Mr Addy’s service has always been very welcoming. Breakfast was good this time round.

酒店出去要找吃的满容易的，员工满亲切的，整个办理入住手续过程都很顺利。房间设施完善舒适明亮，因为我是很怕出外酒店卫生设施不干净的人，可是MU hotel卫生间让我很满意😄😄😄

Cons:

早餐个人觉得可以加多一点食物，洗澡的冷水水压有点小，热水就很大😅，觉得应该要留意一下😄

Breakfast was good. There wasn’t a huge selection of food, but it was quite reasonable for a hotel breakfast included with the room. The food was tasty too.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

the rooms were big and nice. we loved the laid back simple breakfast. the breakfast manager Edwin is a star. the rooms were really nice and having netflix was a bonus.

Cons:

the breakfast spread can be improvised since Ipoh is a food haven too.
