Pros:

Cama grande y cómoda con un buen baño que tenía bañera de hidromasaje, y grande también, el personal muy simpático.

Cons:

Las ventanas de la habitación daban a las escaleras de emergencia y se puede ver por la ventana, además hay un pilar translúcido que al encenderse la luz del pasillo dejaba entrar luz en la habitación lo cual es molesto por la noche.

Non proprio un 4 stelle
Pros:

Stanza ampia e pulita.
Pulizia in genere di tutto l'hotel.
Posizione centrale a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale.

Cons:

Colazione basica per un 4 stelle.
Personale alla reception non preparato soprattutto a rispondere a domande e problemi.
Abbiamo dato da lavare degli indumenti e ci sono stati resi parzialmente umidi, non stirati e piegati come li avevamo dati (girati rovesci come li avevamo dati), alcune cose non pulite (ci hanno reso i soldi ma non sapevano darci spiegazioni perché danno a terzi il lavoro).
Non c'era nessun responsabile a cui fare riferimento e di conseguenza l'addetto ci ha reso i soldi.
Non è un servizio da 4 stelle.

Desayuno variado, wifi, limpieza, cerca del centro, colchón cómodo, ascensor

Cons:

Toallas un poco finas o desgastadas, la bañera mini es un peligro, que la cambien por un plato de ducha, la presión es baja y el agua caliente muy escasa.

On a pu accéder à la chambre bien avant l'heure du check in, c'était très appréciable.

Le personnel de l'accueil est toujours disponible (24/24h) ce qui nous a permis de faire le check out a 3h du matin pour notre excursion vers le canyon del colca

Emplacement très proche de la plaza des armas: on peut tout faire à pied.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne filtrent pas assez la lumière et cela nous réveille matin

La pression de l'eau était réduite (malgré que l'eau soit chaude)

Las habitaciones grandes no tenían calefacción, la habitación del último piso no tenía ventilación y estaba extremadamente caliente.
La ducha nunca tuvo agua caliente. Ni de noche ni de mañana

L’emplacement et le confort

Cons:

L’accueil était moyen. Nous venions de revoir nos enfants en road trip depuis novembre dernier en Amérique du Sud. Nous leur avons proposé de venir voir notre chambre. Au bout de quelques minutes un coup de téléphone leur demandait de sortir.
Je précise qu’ils logeaient dans un autre établissement.
Donc pour l’accueil on repassera.
