Our room was really big, comfortable and very clean.

A comfortable, in the city center, cozy spot to stay in Reykjavik. If you are lucky there is parking right out front (paid depending on the time of day), and beautifully designed rooms.
Nice staff and great value for money
A boutique gem in downtown Reykjavík! Kvosin offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and Icelandic charm. The apartment-style rooms are excellent, featuring handy kitchenettes and cozy layouts. It sits in a vibrant area close to great restaurants and bars, yet the rooms remain quiet and peaceful. Excellent service and great value especially for families!
No private parking available, but the staff easily helped us sort out street parking via the Parka app.

We loved our stay at the Kvosin Downtown Hotel in Reykjavik. We stayed twice at the beginning and end of our stay in Iceland. Both stays were in one of the bigger rooms/jr. suite type and we loved having the extra space with a couch and kitchenette for snacks as we didn't cook. Ask for a quiet room on the courtyard if that's important to you as the church bells do ring. We had the quiet room and could slightly hear them, but not a problem. The first room we had was larger with plenty of space for our bags, but the second room we had only had a space for one bag, so if you're older like us and can't bend to the floor, be sure to request that. The property is beautifully decorated and very charming and we felt well cared for by the wonderful staff. We didn't have breakfast included, but paid extra for it a few times and it was good, with everything you need including scrambled eggs. We could not have had a better location, with an easy walk to everything, yet in a quiet area of the city. Highly recommend the property and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Reykjavik.
De kamer is ruim en mooi gestyled. Ook fijn dat er verzorgingsproducten aanwezig zijn.
Heel veel lawaai, van uitgaanspubliek, de kerkklok slaat ieder kwartier en het ligt onder de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld dus ieder half uur komt een vliegtuig laag over vliegen - tot laat s'nachts. Het ontbijt was ook matig, we waren redelijk laat en moesten overal om vragen.
I loved this hotel — after 8 nights there it felt like home! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location was quiet and convenient for tour bus stop pickups and for easily walking around Reykjavik. I am so glad I chose this hotel for my extended stay, and I would 100% stay here again.
