Good downtown location, I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was bugger than I expected based on previous trips to Europe, and we actually had some kitchen facilities in the room. We only had breakfast here one day, as we wanted to try specific restaurants for breakfast, and it was decent (would have been better if they had more skyr available, someone filled their bowl before us and none was left.).

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great location.
Pros:

The room was fantastic and quiet. Good restaurants are nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We did have to go outside and up and down a few steps to get to our room (after taking the elevator up).

Grossartige Lage
Pros:

Super Lage und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Innenhof und den Müllcontainer sowie die nur eingeschränkt zu öffnenden Fenster waren etwas enttäuschend. Dafür waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und in der Bar außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und haben uns bei einem externen Buchungsproblem großartig unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür!
