een topper !
Pros:

Super fijn onthaal. De man aan de receptie was zeer behulpzaam en hielp ons met de uitleg van de parkeerapp om te parkeren voor de straat. Het was een last minute booking, omdat ons voorziene hotel niet voldeed, maar dit hotel overtrof alle verwachtingen. De kamer was op het gelijkvloers in was zeer ruim met een keukenhoek en afzonderlijke zithoek. Het hotel is ook zeer centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.

Tamanho do quarto, localizacao e atendimento da equipe

Cons:

o café da manhä poderia ser melhor tendo uma maquina de fazer capuccino etc, ter mais opçǒes de doces . Viajei 15 dias pela Iceland e foini café da manhǎ menos variado.

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu. Bardzo komfortowy pokój, przestronny.

Cons:

Najsłabszym punktem obiektu była pani z recepcji. Owszem, przeprowadziła zakwaterowanie sprawnie, przekazała wszystkie informacje i tyle. Odrobina uśmiechu, serdeczności i poczulibyśmy się mile widziani i od razu poczuli lepiej w hotelu, skądinąd świetnym. Poza pokojem nie korzystaliśmy z np. śniadania, więc ta pani była dla nas jedynym punktem kontaktu z hotelem. I szkoda, bo recepcjonista ma duży wpływ na to jak się poczujemy jako goście. Ta pani o to nie zadbała. Lepszy byłby self check-in w tym przypadku.

This is on us but a map showing P2 (cheaper) parking zones around hotel would have been super helpful since this was our first stop in Iceland and we were unfamiliar with system.
