A disappointing and overpriced stay, with not full clean, besides inadequate general service.
Pros:

It is within walking distance of the historic city centre.

Cons:

The photos do not accurately represent the room you may actually be assigned.
I booked a room for three people, but we were given only one double bed. We were told that the bed was large enough for all of us to sleep in, and we were not offered any alternative.
We were travelling with a toddler, yet we were placed on the top floor. There is no lift, so carrying a stroller up and down the stairs was very inconvenient.
The price is far too high for the type of room and the conditions provided.
Check-in and assistance are handled by a hologram. Where is the human touch and customer service?
The room was dirty; there were plastic bottles and rubbish left behind by previous guests.
Our complaints were not addressed or resolved.

Mal llamado Hotel boutique
Pros:

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, aunque con lindo diseño y buena ubicación. El baño también es ultra pequeño, pero la ducha funciona muy bien.

El concepto está lejos de ser un verdadero “hotel boutique”. Todo el check-in es online y la experiencia resulta bastante impersonal.

Durante nuestra estadía no funcionaban ni la TV ni la máquina de café. Tampoco hay frigobar en la habitación.

Cons:

Si el valor fuera cercano a los 130 USD por noche, la experiencia podría considerarse aceptable para quien prioriza ubicación y diseño. Pero haber pagado alrededor de 330 USD por noche hizo que la relación precio-calidad resultara muy decepcionante.

Very clean
No staff at premises but still able to interact very easily with them on screen.

Cons:

Just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags that if you have a room up a few floors the stairs are narrow and would be difficult if you struggle

Teniendo en cuenta la estrechez de los edificios en esa zona, la habitación tenía buen tamaño y era acogedora. El baño, pequeño, estaba bien distribuido y aprovechado, así que fue cómodo.

Cons:

No había sitio para colgar la ropa. La barra con perchas estaba encima del aparato del aire acondicionado. Siendo para 4 personas y habiendo espacio, faltaban 2 sillas para sentarse.
