Ideale Lage leckere Halbpension mehr braucht man nicht
Pros:

Die Lage , das landestypische Büffet sehr lecker, dass wir in der Vorsaison nicht mit Musik am Strand und Pool berieselt wurden! Schließlich will man auch im Urlaub etwas Ruhe. Musik kann man ja selber auf den iPods hören.

Die Lage vom Hotel am Meer ist sehr ideal, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, kostenfreier Parkplatz

Cons:

Am Pool war eine grosse Gruppe (17 Personen) welche viel Alkohol infolge all inclusive gesoffen haben, weilen sehr lange im Pool. Auf mein Verlangen den Pool-Qualität zu prüfen, hat das Personal gar nicht reagiert. (Unterhosen in der Badehose !) Darum haben wir nicht getraut in den Pool zu gehen. Die Gruppe haben WC nicht benützt.

Very disappointing stay. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.
Cons:

We are extremely disappointed with our stay and do not understand how this hotel can be rated as a 4-star property. In our opinion, it deserves no more than 3 stars and feels more like a budget hotel.

The breakfast was a major disappointment. The selection was almost exactly the same every day, there was very little variety, and several of the items seemed old and not fresh.

The restaurant staff made us feel very uncomfortable. While we were eating, they would often stand nearby watching the guests, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the meal.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also far below an acceptable standard. Our balcony was infested with ants. We reported the issue, and although it was treated, this should never have been necessary in the first place. There was also mold in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star property.

In addition, the sofa bed in our room was broken. When our daughter slept on it, it bounced and felt unstable, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable as a bed.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the hotel’s location, as it is close to the beach. Unfortunately, that is not enough to make up for the many shortcomings. We would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.

Außer dem Frühstück war alles andere OK.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, schöner Strand.

Cons:

Wer gern frisches Obst zum Frühstück möchte, ist dort falsch.
Es gab zwar einen Obstkorb. Allerdings waren die Pfirsiche angefault, die Äpfel hatten Schlagstellen und sporadisch lagen dort einige Kirschen rum. Außerdem gabs keine Butter, sondern nur Magarine. Die Ananas auf dem Tablett hatte auch schon schwarze Flecken im Fruchtfleisch. Wassermelone gabs zum Frühstück leider nicht. Dafür Zitronen- und Orangenscheiben.
Ansonsten war das Frühstück OK. Im Zimmer funktionierte der Lichtschalter am Bett nicht.
