Alles perfekt 👌
Pros:

Super freundlich , saubere moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr gute Lage für Radtouren. Tolles Essen im Restaurant und überfall freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Per Schild zum Gast zweiter Klasse erklärt, weil über Booking gebucht.
Pros:

Formal war alles in Ordnung. Die Lage hat für meinen Zweck gut gepasst.

Cons:

Deutlich sichtbar hingen Schilder, die erklärten, dass bestimmte Leistungen für Gäste, die über Booking oder Expedia gebucht haben, nicht zur Verfügung stehen — mit der Begründung, diese Buchungen verursachten dem Haus Kosten. Als Booking-Gast wird man hier also offen anders behandelt als Direktbucher.

Der Ton passte dazu. Der Chef hat aus dem Hinterzimmer hinter der Rezeption sein Personal vor wartenden Gästen zurechtgewiesen; beim Check-in war das mein erster Eindruck.

Vereinbart war ausdrücklich und verbindlich, dass ich das Zimmer bis 11:00 Uhr nutzen kann. Um 10:30 Uhr kam eine Reinigungskraft ohne hörbares Klopfen schnellen Schrittes herein.

Am meisten mitgenommen hat mich aber etwas anderes: wie sichtlich eingeschüchtert eine junge Mitarbeiterin den Frühstücksraum beobachtete.
