Pros:

The room was very spacious and nice

Cons:

I tried reaching the reception but phone kept disconnecting. That was really frustrating

Pros:

Never left the hotel for the duration of our stay as there was so much to do within. The facilities were amazing and both my children were catered to. Amazing place, plenty of fun!

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. Hot food was majorly uncooked/tasteless. There wasnt a huge selection of other choices.

Pros:

Loved pool and bowling.
Food excellent in bar. Ate in bar every night.

Cons:

Would like a little bit more outside for older children. A few more things in playpark for older children. Maybe zip lines or climbing walls or ropes.
Would be better if there was a wee lamp or TV in the childrens room.

Highly recommend if you have kids and need a break
Pros:

Fab food, excellent activities, friendly staff, outstanding cleanliness and service

Cons:

Staff were mostly good but let down but one or two less enthusiastic members. One receptionist, one server at breakfast. Food was fantastic but expensive

overall very good but we looked forward to the pool but choose not to use.

Great trip overall. Would defo come back.
Pros:

Amenities for kids are excellent. Staff are brilliant. You don’t need to leave the hotel but I wish all restaurants were open all week.

Cons:

Farina Restaurant closed Monday-Weds, not listed anywhere that I saw on my booking. Had to send cups back 3 times that were dirty with stains on. Bed wheel fell off the divan when I was putting my son to bed. Room could have been dusted a bit more.

Amazing for children
Pros:

About it being all for the kids.

Cons:

Music was a loud in the outside play area which isn’t great when it’s busy that was something our autistic son struggled with and also the soft play door was constantly left propped open so small children could just walk out the door . Other than that it was great

Pros:

I liked the food. Plenty gluten free options. There wasn't much to do very young toddlers there was indoors not much out doors. My three old loved it. My kids loved the swimming pool and indoor play area my 3 year old loved the cinema.

Cons:

No entertainment music dancing for kids be nice around 7pm
