Pros:

the swimming pool was disgusting and made my children sick. Its expensive to stay here yet the activities like mini golf and go carts are additional charges. That's a joke

Cons:

The dirt of the pool - my children started to vomit 20 mins after leaving the pool

Facilities amazing for kids. Food was very nice, sleeping arrangements were perfect for 2 young kids.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room. Wasn’t hoovered well, cookies under bed, sink was dirty, no hand soap or body wash was left. Mirror dirty with handprints.

Better if the little cafe was open a little earlier before Breakfast,

Cons:

The Italian restaurant food wasn't to our expectations so was a little disappointed, a bit bland etc.
While it was a lovely place to stay, but only for one night, thought it was expensive when one with no children. It feels like we paid that much money to sleep on a bed for only 7 hours, when you think about it. It's great for families and the facilities are second to none, no question about it. But the price could be a bit better and a little cheaper.

There was so much for the kids to do, staff were very friendly and restaurant was very spacious for the kids

Cons:

Just one little reccomendation for the room with the bunk beds, my son needs a light in the room to sleep and there was no plug to plug in a lamp

Good facilities for kids, soft play, pool, cinema and park area. Kids enjoyed the facilities. Meals were nice.

Cons:

We were given the keycard to someone elses room on arrival. Finally got the right keycard for our own room. Cup had large chocolate stains in them. Glass jug was all cracked around the rim, really dangerous for the kids. There was no handsoap in the bathroom sink and we had to ask for it to be filled. The hotel alarms then went off twice around 11pm which really frightened all the kids. Disappointed as I had being trying to go to this hotel for a few years but was really disappointed with simple safety and hygiene standards.

Cons:

This wasn't good value for money. For a one night stay mid week it was so expensive. Check-in was poor no information about breakfast times, the hotel nor facilities.
