The view from the room was good.
Overall conditions were poor. The air conditioner was dusty, and there were stains on the sofa. There was no screen on the window, forcing us to keep the balcony door open for ventilation. Additionally, the showerhead holder was broken, making showering extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.
We had a very pleasant stay at Koza Suite Hotel. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet and elegant neighbourhood of Ankara, while still offering easy access to the city. It provides very good value for money, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We also appreciated that we were not charged for the minibar, although our consumption was admittedly minimal. A particularly charming detail was hearing Julio Iglesias playing non-stop in the lobby — an excellent choice and definitely an extra point from us! 😁
The breakfast was satisfactory, although fairly basic. We also experienced a few issues with our room key card, which occasionally did not work, so the reception staff had to help us open the door. Nevertheless, they always assisted us promptly and courteously.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location, with wonderful staff and very good value for money. We would gladly stay here again!
