Fabulous and fun stay
Pros:

The resort is located conveniently next to the beach, convenience store and good dining options all within 5 minutes walk. Front office staff were friendly and able to speak English.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided for the room. Instead of having to go downstairs to make a cup of coffee.

The coffee machine on the 11th floor lounge was not working for the 3 days we were there. It felt like staff did not bother to upkeep service and maintenance.

とても最高でした！
Pros:

部屋が綺麗でバスルームがついておりアルコールやソフトドリンクが飲み放題でとても快適だった。ラウンジではBGMの選曲も相まって自然の中に溶け込むような感覚でとてもリラックス出来ました。雨の日の利用でしたが、雨音が心地良くなる空間でした。天気問わず快適に過ごせると思います。かなり最高でした。

Cons:

チェックインのフロントで施設内の飲み放題は全て無料です。と案内されたが夕食は有料だったようで追加料金がかかりました。少し紛らわしたかった点が気になりました。

Wonderful hotel with great amenities.
Pros:

Loved the lounges and game room. The outside fire pit was so cozy. Having lemon sour on tap was excellent.

Cons:

Enjoyed everything. Wish we had a tub in the room like the pictures showed online.

Geweldige uitzicht en prachtige kamer met uitstekende service
Pros:

Service van het personeel is uitmuntend. Erg behulpzaam. Loungeruimte met pooltafel en dart board en gratis drinken en nootjes. Super relaxte sfeer. Ontbijt was ook formidabel met ruime keus.

A nice location but lacks facilities. Not great for couples or singles.
Pros:

The location was quite nice compared to some of the areas on the island. The beach is close and very clean. The lounge area in the 'annex' building was probably our favourite part. It has a foot pool where you can sit and watch the forest while cooling your feet. It does get pretty busy around check-in time though with all the new arrivals. One of the bars in the main builidng has a pool table and a great view of the ocean. Just be aware that around 3pm (check-in time) it tends to be overrun by loud children running around.

Cons:

Our room did not look like the images. It was smaller and had nowhere to put luggage or clothing or hang towels. The view outside our room was an overgrown small garden with a fence through which people walking past could see us in the bath. The hotel advertises bars, but there are no bar staff. You have a couple of self-service premixed 'cocktail' options (a weak highball, and in one of the bars a weak sour) and a local beer. There are not really any food options close by. If you don't have a car you're going to be stuck with hotel food, and from what we saw we chose not to do that. Also be aware that it seems to be a very family oriented property, so definitely would not recommend it for couples or singles.

Cons:

Food was hit and miss at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Some really good elements such as the French soufflé toast amongst a fair amount of low quality fast food style offerings. Nice facilities but usually overrun by small children.

A nice, comfortable hotel (would reccomend the annex section) but communication with guests was terrible.

The annex room was excellent with a great bathtub, smart TV and modern styling.

Cons:

Communication with guests was terrible. We stayed during the typhoon and there was no direction from staff. Our room was pitch black and we had no water. We had to pay for bottled water and weren’t offered any lighting. There were families in their cars because the annex side of the hotel was so dark. Messages to guests were sent via an in room smart device however this was useless once the power went out so important information was never relayed. Our flights were cancelled and we needed to book an additional night. The first staff member we asked told us we would have to book online which made no sense. Eventually we did extend our stay but when we returned to our room our keycards no longer worked.

Pros:

Um die Insel zu erkunden ist man hier in der richtigen Lage. Die Zimmer im Annex Gebäude sind modern und für uns waren die unterschiedlichen Lounges ein Highlight. Hier gibt es Getränke (Mit und ohne Alkohol). Beim Frühstück finden sich sowohl westliche wie auch asiatische Dinge zum Essen.

Cons:

Während unseres Urlaubs ist ein Taifun über die Insel gezogen, was zu mehreren Stromausfällen in der gesamten Region geführt hat, da kann keiner was für. Lediglich die Kommunikation vom Hotel hätte hier besser sein können. Informationen hat man nur auf Nachfrage erhalten. Schöner wäre in solchen Fällen eine Infotafel oder ähnliches, wo man aktuelle Entwicklungen und was man tun sollte auf Englisch den Gästen bereit stellt.
