Highly recommended- will definitely return.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with the friendlies staff. Food was fantastic and the receptionist went over an above to help us get a taxi on an extremely busy night to get us to our concert on time

Pros:

Breakfast was very good,Room comfortable and large.Good restaurant and bar area,Very good value for money

Cons:

On main road so ask for room facing rear,Bathroom window catch was broken ,No issue due to weather but could be in winter

Overall a great stay and would happily stay again.
Pros:

It was easy to find and the facilities were excellent and extremely clean.

Cons:

The noise from outside was very loud. Bessie a main road and it sounded like the windows were opened.

Pros:

Very clean, modern rooms

Cons:

The room temp could not be adjusted from 25C. There was the option to call reception but we didnt call as it was late but instructions were listed and were followed but still couldnt turn down from 25C. We could turn temp up though

Would recommend this lovely hotel
Pros:

This time last week we were heading to the Ivanhoe hotel . We had been looking forward to this stay & the Ivanhoe & it's staff lived up to our expectations. A lovely ensuite room with a pleasant view of some nice plants . Plenty of storage & lovely lighting in our room with a very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee & hot chocolate making facilities with a lovely treat of ginger nut biscuits. We had booked dinner that night in the restaurant. It was busy there & the staff were welcoming efficient & the food was delicious. Next morning breakfast was equally tasty & service good. There was a buffet for cereal, fruit, toast & the only think I didn't like was the flasks for tea & coffee. But the staff made us fresh pot of tea so all was lovely!
We would like to thank & compliment the reception staff on Friday night & the lady on Saturday & Sunday they were so friendly, welcoming & helpful . A pleasure to meet.

Cons:

The sinage is not very clear & gives rise to problems entering & exiting as there is a very fast traffic lanes outside. Didn't like fladks for breakfast!

Pleasant, clean, friendly staff
Pros:

I was so pleasantly surprised with a beautiful large clean room. The staff were so pleasant, particularly the lady that checked me in. Such great value for money too thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Pros:

Large room. Comfortable, clean & decorated well. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was good. Tea/coffee was self service from flasks. Water was luke warm. Had to make tea in room after. It does take much to make fresh hot drinks for people and should be standard.

Private wedding was on. Music was very loud, but thankfully finished at midnight.
