Que no me pudieron reembolsar mi primera reservación por Guest Reservation..
Desayuno, bien. Ubicación adecuada.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, cómodas, bien equipado.
El colchón se hundía en el medio. Esperaba más resistencia y confort.

No servía ni el shampoo ni el jabón de los dispensadores del baño. Había mucho ruido en el pasillo
El desayuno era muy poco, no habían casi cosas. Sabíamos que era un desayuno continental pero no colocan así nada para que así las personas pidan el desayuno a parte. La habitación muy pequeña y no había aire acondicionado solo un ventilador y sonaba mucho.
El desayuno es bufet sencillo pero está bien, para comenzar el día te acalnza.
Sobre la ubicación, no es una zona turística, está dentro de una colonia donde hay de todo, salir por la noche no lo recomiendo, de resto es seguro ir a comprar a las tiendas de conveniencia cercanas.
La primera noche la habitación que nos dieron el A/C no funcionaba, lo reportamos a la mañana siguiente al bajar a desayunar y nos cambiaron de habitación afortunadamente. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño, amplio, cómodas, la cama muy firme y te permite tener un buen descanso. El ruido de la calle apenas es perceptible.
