The staff was very friendly and helpful.The charm of the hotel and all of the beautiful wood work throughout was amazing. This location feels very remote and serene, although it is a relatively short ride to Pontresina or St Moritz by train or bus. The restaurant was charming and delightful with great food & service. The breakfast had a great selection.The bed was very comfortable
and the room was dark (with curtains) and quiet, so I slept well. The view of the mountains from my room
was beautiful!
Die Lage war für uns perfekt auf dem Weg nach Italien! Für Bahnreisende ist der kleine Bahnhof direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite sicher ein Pluspunkt! Ferner kann man zu Fuß bis zum Gletscher wandern. Das Personal war super nett!
Wir hatten Zimmer 305 - ein riesiges Apartment - sehr schön! Nur Vorsicht bei großen Menschen: die Dachbalken verlaufen recht tief durch den Raum …
Top Lage, Personal sehr freutlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schön mit dem alten Holz, Badzimmer gross. Essen top und es steht eine Garage für Motorräder bereit.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen ist fein und immer wieder eine Geschmacksexplosion. Die "Gipfeli" zum sehr reichhaltigen Frühstück sind absolut unübertroffen!
Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und gemütlich, das Bett komfortabel.
Die Lage gleich nahe beim Bahnhof Bernina Suot (wo auch der Bernina Express hält) fand ich perfekt. Man ist ausserhalb von Pontresina, mitten in der Natur, aber es ist trotzdem alles gut erreichbar.
Ich würde wieder hierherkommrn.
