Pros:

Das Restaurant
Wir haben jeweils zu Abend dort gegessen, absolut köstlich.
Tolle Weine dazu, gerne auch sehr gute Empfehlungen vom Chef.
Das Team ist super nett und gastfreundlich.

Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Auswahl und gibt Kraft für den Tag.

Very good quality for a 3 star hotel!!
Pros:

Great restaurant with very good food.
Breakfast also very sufficient. Very friendly staff. Location perfect for lots of trips and hikes in the Bernina area.

Cons:

The location is on the Bernina road not hidden in total quietness. (Makes it special too. )

Leider war ich nur auf Arbeitsreise da hab mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt .
Pros:

Geniale lage auf 2000 m.ü.M sehr rustikal gemacht , Tolles Personal und saubere einfache Zimmer . Ruhiger Schlaf . Parkplatz top gleich vor dem Hotel . Werde bestimmt wieder kommen . Ach ja das Abendessen war auch genial . Kastanien Bier gibts da auch :)

Cons:

Na ja , WC Papier war bei mir keines im Zimmer aber 1000 kleine Clean Tücher , na ja geht auch so ... Hat aber Spass gemacht .

Pros:

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr praktisch ist das Restaurant beim Hotel, da die Lage etwas abgelegen ist. Restaurant führt auch regionale Speisen, Preisniveau schweiztypisch aber moderat.

Cons:

Die Leistungsfähigkeit des WLAN / Internetanschluss ist relativ schlecht. Das liegt aber an der Bandbreitenverfügbarkeit an diesem Ort wofür die Hotelleitung nichts kann.

Exceptional location
Pros:

The location is perfect for hiking. The railway station is directly opposite the guesthouse, and Diavolezza is within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Their recommendations and local insights were invaluable in planning our activities. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

Top Hotel in ruhiger Lage und guter Anbindung an ÖV.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte irgendwie Charme mit den Balken, dem ganzen Holz und dem doch modernen Bad. Man muss das Rustikale aber schon mögen. Trotz das es ausserhalb der Orte liegt, ist es mit Bus und Bahn (Haltestelle vor der Tür) gut erreichbar (nur nicht mehr nach 21:30 Uhr).
Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Frühstück (nicht nur Sandwich) hätte ich auch gerne wegen einer Veranstaltung vor 7:30 Uhr gehabt und ein klein wenig mehr Auswahl (z.B. Hafermilch) wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen.
