We used the hotel as a base for trips out of Ha Noi and it really felt like coming home, excellent.
Pros:

Location was excellent, it was just off the busier streets so we could escape the business of Ha Noi. The staff were excellent, no request was too much and they were all very personable. Breakfast had a great variety of tastes though the Viet pho and omelette were our favourite. The rooftop bar was intimate and had a great view, a lovely place for a night cap after a day of exploring.

Cons:

The shower over the bath in one room we stayed in was a bit awkward, but other rooms we stayed in were fine - water pressure, temperature etc was good in all rooms.

over all, it is very good.still recommend it.
Pros:

i like the exceptional staff service, the location itself and the facilities.

Cons:

not so good the "smell" of the hotel, smells like "old" area/ facility. the food, not so much offer for NON-pork eaters like our family, though we emphasize on that / requested for foods for non-pork eaters. i would like to point out also the under bed, it is dusty.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and check in / check out process very smooth. They also allowed us to check in earlier than the stated time which was appreciated as we were tired after the long flight. Good location - close to shops, night markets etc

Cons:

A few things to note is that if checking in on a friday, saturday or sunday - cars dont bring you to the doorstep. You have to walk 2 mins with your luggage to the hotel due to road blockages for the night markets. We also did let the manager know that the buffet breakfast ( which was a decent spread) was not replenished from time to time leaving us with few food options. They did apologise and explain that staff were very busy during the peak period. Hopefully they are able to find a solution and not make guests wait.

Breakfast could be improved. They propose rooms with or without windows but when they order a room with a window it is not clarified that it is an internal window with a wall in front.
The hotel stuff was very kind to upgrade us to a better room.
