Pros:

Hotel location is perfect walking directly into the old quarter, very friendly staff (English speaking), the room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good with various choices for Asian as well as me European.

Cons:

A socket for the hot water kettle would be usefully nearby. We had to move it to the separate bedroom to make hot water. That is the only minor thing.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Zowel 2-persoons als 3-persoonskamer gebruikt, beide erg goed bevonden
Zouden zeker terugkomen naar dit hotel

Cons:

Zoals op andere plaatsen waar airco voortdurend aanstaat, geeft dit soms een kille indruk (en lichte geurverspreiding) (in de receptie van het hotel); nochtans niet als storend ervaren

居心地良く過ごせました。お勧めのホテルです。
Pros:

ホアンキエム湖に近く立地が良く、どこに行くにも便利です。その立地ゆえ、建物は古いようですが、綺麗に清掃されていて、ベッドもリネンも気持ち良かったです。
フロントスタッフの方々は、優秀で親切で色々と助けていただきました。
そして、何より丁寧に作られている朝食ブッフェが美味しいです。5月から7月にかけて、飛び飛びで合計15泊しましたが、毎朝食べても全く飽きませんでした。

Great hotel near the lake
Pros:

Fabulous location near the lake, close to shops, restaurants , spas. Room was comfortable.The staff were always friendly, welcoming, helpful, opened the front door for us as we left and entered.
When we left the road was closed to cars due to a marathon nearby, and the manager himself pushed our suitcases on a trolley around the corner to meet our taxi. He contacted our driver and waited with us to ensure all went smoothly.
We were very impressed!

Cons:

The gym is incredibly hot, we couldn't use it.
Also suggest they purchase a larger, or a 2nd coffee machine. It was always running out of water or beans, and people waiting, at breakfast.
