Pros:

Personale gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. Camera pulita e dotata di piccoli confort utili a rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Colazione varia, una nota di merito all’ottima cucina vietnamita.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado en el corazón del old quarter en una calle de poco tránsito, lo cual se agradece teniendo en cuenta que las calles de Hanoi son muy ruidosas. La habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. El presonal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo. Recomendable 100%.

Excellent Service and Very Helpful Staff

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well arranged for our family.

What impressed us the most was the excellent service from the hotel team. They were very responsive and helpful with our room arrangements, airport transportation, and our transfer from Sapa to Hanoi. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, which made traveling with our family much easier.

Thank you to the entire Hanoi Pearl Hotel team for taking such good care of us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.

שימו לב כשכתוב חדר עם חלון- החלון פונה לפטיו סגור. זה לא בהכרח חלון שאפשר לפתוח ולנשום אוויר צח. החדרים האחרים שלהם עם נוף לעיר הם עם חלון אמיתי. בנוסף בחדר המזגן היה רועש מאוד

Hotel location is perfect walking directly into the old quarter, very friendly staff (English speaking), the room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good with various choices for Asian as well as me European.

Cons:

A socket for the hot water kettle would be usefully nearby. We had to move it to the separate bedroom to make hot water. That is the only minor thing.
