Good location, access to lots nearby & close to beach.
To start, messaged property 4 days prior about the possibility of a bag storage and late check out - never got a response.
We arrived and chanced it that we could drop our bags and the one lady with longer hair was very nice and helpful, she even said she'd see if she could get us in our room early if possible, she was helpful, but then she went to get the porter & the other smaller lady who was on her phone with the small neck tattoo BARKED at me no rooms available until 4 and then went back to looking at her phone, when the other lady came back she seemed confused by this - so we left.
Got checked in by a nice man no complaints there.
When checking out, I had the pleasure of dealing with the lady with the neck tattoo who was again on her phone (and was throughout the entire interaction). Me checking out seemed like I had absolutely ruined her day! I checked out and before I could speak she looked again at her phone which she had in both hands, I then asked can we store our bags until we fly? I was then greeted with a sigh (as if I had ruined her phone time) and was told sternly, look for the porter. - Id suggest that this lady needs to learn what front of house hotel staff should look like, probably from her colleagues who were all helpful. It genuinely seemed like her helping customers was a hindrance and ruining her time to do whatever she was doing on her phone, she did not make me feel welcomed and actually made me feel the opposite and like staying at the hotel was an inconvenience to her.
However my partner and I did then experience maybe our worst ever hotel night sleep.
Walls paper thin, could hear neighbors above all night long stomping and thudding on the floorboards. Also room situated next to the lift which we heard going. Could hear everyone in the hallway pretty much word for word their conversations, was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to this and the thin walls hearing banging and all sorts.

Certaines chambres ne sont pas très confortables sur la literie ; elle devrait être changée car ayant fait 4 chambres différentes, dans les 4, les lits grinçaient et la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruits aussi dans toutes les chambres

La ubicación y el desayuno.
Todas las habitaciones tienen la ducha adentro de la habitación. Es una mampara de vidrio con un sticker difuminado en la zona de las partes privadas pero tu compañero de habitación te ve los pies y la cabeza mientras te duchas. Lo único privado es el inodoro que es un cubículo muy pequeño y separado.
Creo que es un hotel que está un poco anticuado. El colchón de mi habitación se hundía. No fue nada cómodo

Room had an air handler that made a loud noise.
La ubicación fue lo mejor y el recepcionista Apolo muy amable al recibirnos pero las camareras de la cafetería Salt regular, una de ellas le costaba trabajar y tratar bien a los clientes. Que poca empatia!!

Cordialidad del personal, comodidad y tamaño de la habitación, limpieza general, solárium, servicio de playa (incluye toallas y reposeras en el resort fee), ubicación excelente, cama y almohadas cómodas, habitación silenciosa, incluye secador de pelo y plancha en cada habitación, hay servicio de agua y hielo disponible las 24hs que funciona perfecto, la habitación cuenta con cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía que se renuevan cada día, el aire acondicionado de la pieza funcionó perfectamente, la relación precio calidad es acorde.
Lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería a ir
