The room outlook for a Suite with Spa on the balcony was overlooking a lane and overgrown demolished building but the room itself was fantastic. It was way in the back of the complex

Pros:

This place is in a great position .. short walk to beach
Great food and staff friendly as anything. Even get a happy birthday and cake and song.

Cons:

Smoking at the pool bar is allowed making it uncomfortable for non smokers to enjoy a drink there.

The location was excellent, hotel was very clean and the staff were fantastic.
Pros:

The room was very large, and the pool was nice with swim up bar. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet had a lot of great choices.

Cons:

Aircon was too cold; temperature controller of A/C didn't seem to make much difference. Was a bit noisy as our room was on the street side, would recommend a room further back from the street.

Pros:

The room was outstanding, it had everything we needed plus more, the bed was ultra comfy, pillows fantastic for a great sleep, room dark when necessary. TV worked well, bathroom shower was hot with good pressure. Plenty of storage and seating area and space for luggage.
And although our room was right next to the pool the outside noise was minimal and we did not feel disturbed at all. We had a room with a plunge pool and only used it once so I wouldn't bother with that again. Be aware when booking plunge pool rooms there are two types, one has only a very shallow 1/2mtr deep pool and other is only 1 meter deep so good for getting wet but also is viewable by other rooms. There is a shade awning to move down (electric) so you do get privacy, but that traps in heat we found.
The breakfast buffet was massive with every choice to suit the fussiest of all appetite's. The foyer restaurant had great cocktails and excellent food and several nights they had show performances on for entertainment and you did not need to sit and eat or order food to partake in shows which was a bonus.
Staff of course like through all of Bali are very helpful, always cheerful, polite and friendly and any request was responded to well. I can certainly see why this hotel rates highly and will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing - It was ALL Good - Only one point to make was that the front restaurant and show area could do with having a few glass walls installed and LOTs more portable Air Cond units as it was quite hot when eating and the poor dancers were sweating. I might have gotten up to dance if it was cooler and I certainly have more appetite to order and eat food when I am not too hot. So company would actually have more people in restaurant in evening an make more profit by installing some more effective cooling element in foyer meal space.

Absolutely amazing Hotel
Pros:

From the moment we arrived at 2.30am we were greeted with a lovely smile. we were upgraded to a room with it own pool and let me tell you it was magnificent. it was my husbands 60th birthday and the hotel went all out. the restaurant is amazing and the breakfast is awesome. i cant say enough about the Magani we will deffinetley be going back. thankyou so much for an amazing experience.

Amazing from the first minute we stepped into the lobby

Everything was Perfect. the staff are amazing, the room was more than amazing. we were upgraded to a room with its own pool which was excellent. the restaurant was great, the entertainment every night was awesome. breakfast was fantastic. we will deffinately be back
