Cons:

Only thing we had a problem with was it seem like the people that were possibly staying below us were very noisy/loud late at night on the first night we stayed there which made it hard for us to sleep and was concerned our second/ final night there we were gonna be the same.

I think there needs to be a gate at the top of the stairs. Going to the bathroom at night felt a bit precarious.

Pros:

Very close to town centre, easy access.
Lovely place and comfortable.

Cons:

Problem with sound proofing between apartments.
The people staying above had music blaring out till late. It felt like they’re in our apartment. Made me understand why ear plugs were supplied.

Great spot, cosy comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location, easy walk in Launceston. Easy after hours check in. We were able to leave car in parking area after check out while we explored Launceston on foot. We were supplied with a handy map and recommendations for local café breakfast spots. Room was warm and cosy for our winter visit. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely cozy comfortable townhouse perfect for 5 of us, close to everything

Very friendly great staff.

Cons:

I was on a ground level room and was kep awake most of the night by the people above me. Every step and move i could here well into the early hours if morning. I should have got a hint when free ear plugs were provided in the bathroom!

Overall great place to stay, very clean and close to everything you need.
Pros:

The location was very convenient as you could walk to the shops if you wanted too. The townhouse was very clean and the Kitchen equipped with all you need. Very comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

Being a weekend it was quite noisy with cars hooning loudly and the upstairs rooms not perfectly sound proof, not a problem for us but if your sensitive to noise could be bothersome. No heating upstairs so with the doors closed it did get a bit cold.
