Good location in the city of Launceston.
Pros:

It’s clean and comfortable in an excellent location but there was no microwave to heat up our dinner and we couldn’t use the one in the reception and dining area. They did give us plates and a knife and fork each.

Cons:

There was plenty of space for a microwave and a few eating utensils. This would give a more flexible experience.

Absolutely perfect for an overnight stay right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The room was a comfortable, clean little unit with everything required. It was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Good size room.

Cons:

Bed was advised as king and was two singles next to each other. Very short in length. I'm 6'2'' or 188cm and my feet hung over edge. The beds were also rock hard.
Also whenever someone in another room used their water it was super loud in our room.

Fantastic location and affordable
Pros:

Location is excellent. Pricing is very good and plenty of parking. Situated off the road so no traffic noise.
