Ottima la colazione e nella sala a disposizione h24 caffè, the e diversi tipi di latte. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile e la camera e bagno sempre pulitissimi.
La posizione dell'hotel è strategica a pochi minuti da più di una stazione ferroviaria.

Cons:

il letto per me era veramente scomodo anche se all'apparenza era alto e soffice

Was a great place to stay for a short business trip if you need to be located nearby New Street.
Pros:

Everything was great. I was particularly impressed with the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good as had lots of choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Lovely, clean hotel in central location!

Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, good amenities and helpful staff.

Cons:

Could have more tables in dining area, we were up early so it did not affect us but there were a few people waiting for a table to become free before they could have their breakfast.

Canapé lit étonnamment confortable

Cons:

L’essentiel était très propre mais il y avait de la saleté au sol et sur les rideaux
L’établissement se situe dans un quartier commercial en déshérence… pour une arrivée tardive cela signifie se retrouver dans des rues presque vides et peuplées de personnages interlopes.
On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres et la ventilation ne rafraîchit pas suffisamment

Lovely spacious (albeit hot) rooms
Pros:

The gentleman at reception was very kind, making all of our family feel very comfortable. I think he may have been a manager as he was dashing round a lot and we saw him a lot throughout our stay. He let us know where to have breakfast, timings, wifi etc. The room was very spacious and was equipped well.

Cons:

The rooms were very hot! We put the air con on as soon as we arrived which sounded like it was working. However when we came home from dinner, the room was boiling again. When you take your card out the air con stops working as all the electricity goes off. Anyway it got to 11pm and the air conditioning clearly wasn't working properly and as we were only there for one night, we didn't realize it wasn't working until the middle of the night. The staff were very quick to bring us a fan at midnight though which was excellent.
