Excellent, comfortable stay with outstanding service, perfect location & a truly welcoming team.
Communication before our trip was top‑notch, with all questions answered promptly. On arrival, Priya at reception was exceptional and guided us clearly on how to get around Birmingham using all available transport options.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, and Anna from the Hub Kitchen provided warm, personalised service every morning. Throughout our two‑week stay, Kirt (Manager) and Disha were consistently helpful — customer service truly second to none.
The location is ideal, just a 5‑10 minute walk to the shopping mall and public transport. Having halal restaurants right next to the building was a great convenience. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly as advertised.
Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended.
The last couple of days were unusually warm due to an unexpected heat wave, and a small adjustment to the central air‑conditioning would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Although centrally located the property accesses onto Corporation Street, which is full of undesirables.
The location is good close to train and Bull Ring and other areas of cultural interest were within walking distance.
AC did not work in room. First night a fan was offered. 2nd night iac was fixed. 3rd night not working again but we were offered an upgrade where the ac worked. Safe did not work. Was fixed and then it broke again. Hallways are lit with halogen light bulbs. Very inefficient lighting and causing unnecessary heat in hallways. Can't understand how this place had high ratings which I based my decision on!
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended..

Le petit déjeuner est plus que complet, un régal.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist top. Untertags kann man sich Kaffe holen.
Die WC-Spülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Waschbecken war von Anfang an verstopft und roch dementsprechend.
The staff were nice and the facilities great
The natural air fan sounded like a moped and couldn’t be turned off unless to electric in the room was off as advised by staff. Couldn’t sleep with the racket it made so opted to not have electricity. Air con was pretty useless so room was roasting. Sheets have a suspicious amount of hair that definitely was mine in them but really trying not to think about that one.
Breakfast was great and having a laundry room is a nice plus.
No fresh air in the building. I like to crack open my windows, so that wasn't possible here.

Very quiet - no street tram noise.
Nice staffs and rooms. Equipped kitchenette. I had forgotten some gadgets and housekeeping team had kept it safe for me. Pantry with vending machines was a good touch
Location. Nearest parking is 7-8 mins walk away, though there is a discount for guest walking back and forth with luggage is something i didn’t like
