Pros:

以前の中国人の方のクレームを少しお話したら覚えていてくれ朝食の時間など説明してくれたり再来月のイベントで又泊まることを言い分からない事を聞いたら詳しく説明してくれました。

Cons:

テレビのリモコン、電気のリモコン全て電池切れでした。テレビのリモコンは、電池交換してもらいましたが、その後電気のリモコンまで切れていたことが分かり何度も悪いので呼びませんでした。チェックインの際に、日本のホテルマンさんじゃない若い女性の方に、おだしを渡されましたが娘と二人で泊まりに来ましたが一つだけ渡されて部屋で二人で一つを飲むの？？？となりましたが面倒くさいので言いませんでした。

スタッフの対応と朝食、ダシ汁が良かった。立地も申し分なく景色もよかった。

Cons:

たまたまかもしれないが部屋に間接照明がなかったので部屋の電気を消すと真っ暗になる。読書灯のようなものがあるとよかった。
風呂場の壁や天井に黒カビが若干残っていて清潔感はあまり高くなかった。建物自体が古いので仕方ないかもしれない。

A short break.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, and allow me to leave my bags before checkin time. They allow me to store my bicycle in their storage area, so it was kept dry from the rain. The eco system was very good.

Cons:

I was in a room next to the vending and laundry machines, so good and bad in terms of noise and convenience. Someone has to stay in those rooms, and this time it was me.
